特别棒，会再来的
Pros:

房间安静整洁，拉开窗帘就是富士山。员工虽然英语不会太好，但是很热心。因为没有电梯，员工都是主动帮忙把行李搬上搬下的，值得赞扬。

Cons:

除了距离稍微离车站有点远，没有别的问题。主要是我的行李确实有点重，但是车站到酒店的路对拉杆箱不太友好

Schönes Zimmer mit bequemem Bett und sogar mit Ausblick auf den Mount Fuji - wunderbar.
Und viele kleine Dinge, die ich sehr zu schätzen weiss, wie:
Stockdosen und Ablage beim Bett, kleiner Block und Stift, dimmbares Licht, zu öffnende Fenster mit Mückengitter, eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer...
Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist top und das Personal sehr freundlich, wenn auch mit wenig Englisch-Kenntnissen.

Cons:

Nur als Hinweis: Die Lage ist nicht sehr zentral. Aber man hat fast jederzeit auf dem Weg den Mount Fuji im Blick. Es gibt keinen Lift.

Great price and location for the price
Pros:

My 2nd time staying at this hotel. That said a lot. The view from the room on Mt fuji was amazing the 1st time. Though this time, the weather was erratic all over Japan. It was supposed to be autumn cold but it was like summer during the day. Mt fuji was shrouded in clouds. Overall the room was great for the price and I got the same room back from 2019 !!!

Cons:

Nothing much, just that there is no lift for heavy luggage. And it would be great for staff to assist in carrying for customers.
