Bien servicio
Die Unterkunft ist einfach eingerichtet, jedoch sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Morgenessen war ok, man durfte etwas auswählen, was dann frisch zubereitet wurde.
Wir haben leider ein Zimmer ohne Fenster gebucht, was mir bei der Buchung nicht aufgefallen ist. Man sollte die Bilder im Voraus gut studieren und wenn möglich Zimmer im oberen Geschoss auswählen, welche leiser sind (unten ist die Rezeption und man hört das Ankommen jedes Gastes). Nach 2 Nächten konnten wir mit Freundlichkeit des Hotels das Zimmer wechseln und konnten nochmals zwei Nächte geniessen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft beim Buchen von Ausflügen und sonstigen Anliegen.
The staff were excellent. They helped us to book tours, and even went out of their way to switch out the sofa bed for a double bed so it‘s more comfortable for me. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay there.
I would have loved a door between the living room and the bedroom. Also, the bathroom offers only limited privacy, as there‘s no real door.

El baño estaba muy bien. Amplio, limpio y cómodo. Buen desayuno.
La habitación no estaba insonorizada. Nos tocó justo la habitación al lado de la recepción y se escuchaba cada vez que alguien entraba al hotel.
Nos ofrecieron elegir habitación porque tenían disponible, optamos por una más grande que la reservada. Tenía cafetera eléctrica de filtro con café a disposición, platos, cubiertos y una bacha de cocina para lavar ademas de una heladera y una barra para comer con comodidad. El agua caliente de la ducha muy abundante. La atención muy amable.
La falta de ventilación del baño de esa habitación, si bien es amplio y cómodo no tiene ventilación y no la puerta es una vaiven tipo lejano oeste.
El sector para estacionar podría estar nivelado, al ser zona de pendientes montañosas quedaba un tanto forzado con freno de mano. Desafortunadamente llegamos con una ola de frío y la habitación no tiene ningún tipo de sistema para calefaccionar, tendrán que evaluar mejoras al respecto por el cambio climático.
Wuaira on the front desk was super helpful and friendly. The room was great and the location too as it’s half way between St Eleana and Monteverde so a 10 min walk in either direction gives you a wide choice of places to eat. Coffee and tea in the room and very clean.

The new owners are extremely helpful and energetic. The room was simple and clean. They have a bunch of hanging plants that make the lobby feel like an indoor garden, good vibes. The breakfasts were great with amazing views out over the cloud forest and down to the Pacific ocean.
The team at the hotel helped us with Booking a driver to our next location and gave us recommendations on a night tour and hikes to take.
L’hôtel est magnifique, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le bois qui rendait la chambre très chaleureuse.
Il faisait très froid dans la chambre, nous avons eu beaucoup de peine à nous endormir.
The staff were absolutely wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast was superb and we received great recommendations for activities ☺️ It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the town centre.
Prima verblijf daar. Het hotel heeft een keuken die de gasten ook kunnen gebruiken om eten op te warmen of daar te bewaren. Het personeel is meer dan behulpzaam, zelfs iemand die naast Engels en Spaans ook Nederlands spreekt.
Jasser is buitengewoon vriendelijk en altijd bereid om te helpen. Ook hebben ze veel informatie over de omgeving en kunnen ze excursies boeken en dat samen maakt het verblijf aangenamer en plezieriger.

The building of Miztli hotel has a cozy atmosphere. Especially on the cold Monteverde days. The breakfast area has a great view and was nice to hang out with my family in the afternoons to play games and enjoy the beautifull sunset. Breakfast options are great and host has been flexable and wonderfull for us.
There is also a seperate kitchen for guests with fridge and microwave, so you don't have to go to a resataurant. A little store is around the corner and big supermarket a 15 minute walk away.
If you walk, it has a steep part, but just 60 meters and no problem with a car.
Me hospedé en este hotel pequeño y la experiencia fue realmente agradable. El desayuno es excelente, con opciones frescas y muy bien preparadas. El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, incluso brindan información útil sobre la zona y actividades cercanas.
Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y con un encanto especial gracias a los detalles en madera, lo que crea un ambiente cálido y acogedor. Lo recomiendo.
Lo único que podría mejorar es la aislación sonora, ya que en ocasiones se escucha a los huéspedes de la habitación contigua. Las estructuras de madera son lindas, pero tienen ese inconveniente. Sin embargo, esto no opaca la buena experiencia que ofrece el hotel.

Está bien ubicado, y se puede ir al pueblo caminando.
Las paredes son muy delgadas, y se oye a las otras habitaciones. No tiene calefacción ni aire acondicionado. En la época que fuimos hacía bastante frío.
