I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Yerreta Resorts! The overall vibe of the place is just so happy and relaxing. A huge shoutout to the manager, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and to the entire staff for being so humble, kind, and attentive. My room was spotless and very well-maintained. As a bonus, their cute dogs are absolutely adorable and so playful, they truly made the stay extra special! Thank you for the amazing hospitality, I highly recommend this place!
There is nothing to dislike about this place.
I enjoyed every minute of my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent too. Most importantly, the staff were amazing. They were incredibly kind and always made me feel welcome. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
Nothing
Extremely unhygienic
we had a wonderful stay at yerrata, it is located very well, the closest beach is just a 5 minute walk, and that may be the best beach you go to. the hosts are very sweet and friendly, they encouraged us to try some of the local delights - daab chingri and roselle tea and we loved both of them. they also house rescue dogs at the resort who are very friendly and like a good pet. you can easily rent a bike from the resort itself. the hosts were also kind enough to give us a souvenir that they made themselves as a parting gift. I would highly recommend staying here, the rooms are spacious and the place is very lush.
Everything! The location is great, but especially the owners and Neesha are fantastic. You will be grateful to have met people like them.
breakfast options were good.
My wife and I had an amazing three night stay at Yerrata Resorts! We wish we had spent more time there and hope to return in the future.
Highlights of our stay included:
-Comfortable and well-appointed room with good AC and strong WiFi. There is a kettle in the room and unlimited water refills.
-Delicious breakfast with both Indian and Western options. Coffee was nice and strong too.
-Excellent location near many restaurants and an amazing beach only a few minutes down the road. To get to the beach from the property, turn right until you get to the Maggi Hotspot. The path to the beach is immediately to the left.
-Wonderful and attentive staff, especially Neesha. She was welcoming and helpful and provided good advice about things to do, both on Havelock Island as well as Neil Island.
-Amazing beaches and snorkeling opportunities. Here are a few tips: the most amazing beach and snorkeling spot we found on Havelock was at Radhanagar Beach. Drive or take a Tuk Tuk to the Shiva Temple at the southern section of the beach. Once you arrive on the beach, turn left and walk to the end of the beach. The reef is right there off the shore. We also really enjoyed hiking/spending time on Elephant Beach, although it's a very different vibe. While it's quite crowded with other tourists, the reef there is pretty good and right off the beach for snorkeling. Make sure to bring your own snorkeling gear to both places as there are no options to rent it independently.
Many thanks to Neesha and all the other staff. We loved our stay at Yerrata. Highly recommended!
The rooms were big and clean. The property is well located and very close to the beach
Very peaceful quiet realm in the bustle of Havelock. Exceptionally helpful and friendly team, always there for every question and wish, I even got a tour in the garden learning about local plants. When we came back from a booked tour we were not especially happy about the manager Neesha got our money back, which was so nice! We loved how they take care of their so well-behaved rescue dogs! A huge plus was the big fridge in the room. Very uncomplicated to rent a scooter and do our laundry with the help of the team! Thanks a lot, we had a wonderful stay :)
Really nothing i could think about…
It is a small property with around 8 rooms, which makes it non-commercial, peaceful, and very personal in its approach. Despite that, it doesn’t compromise on any basics—daily housekeeping, clean rooms, fresh bedding, and anything else you’d expect from a good hotel is taken care of seamlessly.
What truly stands out is the care culture. The team is genuinely warm and attentive, always willing to customize your experience—whether it’s extra towels for the beach, fruit instead of tea/coffee, or even serving breakfast late if you’re coming back from a dive. Nothing feels like a “request”; everything feels like they want to help.
A special mention to something rare and beautiful—their treatment of animals. They have adopted and take care of stray dogs, not just within the property but even outside it. Feeding them, looking after their health—it reflects the kind of people running this place.
Now coming to the food—this deserves its own spotlight.
Their in-house breads and pizzas are exceptional. The bruschetta is a must-try. Everything is freshly made and naturally fermented, which you can actually taste. The bread is soft, clean, and melts in your mouth—no heaviness, no artificial feel. Easily one of the best food experiences I’ve had on the island.
The restaurant area itself adds to the charm—a large, open hut surrounded by greenery. During the rains, it turns almost magical. You can sit there for hours, work peacefully (Wi-Fi is solid), and just enjoy the vibe of the place.
Location is another big plus—less than a 50-meter walk and you’re at the beach, with a beautiful sunrise waiting for you right across the road.
Honestly, it’s hard to point out a downside. The only minor issue I faced was with water in the bathroom one day, but it was fixed within 30 minutes—quick and efficient.
Overall, this is not just a stay, it’s an experience driven by warmth, simplicity, and genuine care. Highly recommended if you value peaceful stays, great food, and thoughtful hospitality.
In Yerrata Resorts you will be personally welcomed and feeling like home.
The style is like typical Goa Style with typical Indian bathroom. Nothing special l. However clean and good.
I was there for 3 nights and doing scuba dives. Would come again if possible
