Awesome place, extremely clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Highly recommended. The room was super clean and comfortable, and the hotel location is perfect. It also has a restaurant on the rooftop which is awesome, the food was delicious and the view was great. I’m more than happy with my stay.

I liked everything about this place.

It's conveniently located. The balcony was wonderful.

Cons:

The convenience comes with a trade off as it was a bit noisy with local business and the the rooftop restaurant. The lighting in the room was stark and needs improvement.

Exceptionnel - meilleur rapport qualité-prix
Pros:

Séjour excellent. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse, en particulier Paula et Tania. Le ménage est fait tous les jours si on le souhaite et la propreté est irréprochable. Ayant été malade durant le séjour, j’ai beaucoup apprécié l’attention portée à mon état : on prenait régulièrement de mes nouvelles et l’on s’assurait que je ne manquais de rien. Un service attentionné et humain. J’y retournerais avec grand plaisir.

Cons:

Seul bémol : le va-et-vient des clients se rendant au restaurant sur le toit peut générer du bruit, surtout en fin de soirée. Il serait utile de rappeler aux usagers du restaurant que les escaliers sont également ceux de l’hôtel.

Pros:

Hot water with excellent water pressure. Bed & pillows where comfortable & place was very clean. Air con & fan worked beautifully.

Only "issue" was not related to the actual hotel--there was a lot of noise outside-- a busy street with dogs, cars, construction, but otherwise great!!!!

El lugar es excelente, muy limpio y muy cómodo para descansar.

Cons:

La habitación que me tocó compartía techo con el piso del restaurante que está en la terraza y se escuchaba en todo momento el movimiento de las sillas. Si el horario del restaurante fuera, cerrar más temprano y abrir más tarde, sería ideal para que quienes duermen en el piso de abajo, pudieran descansar mejor.
