Al llegar al hotel el personal me dice que la página con el hotel no están actualizadas por lo que ellos vendieron la pieza que tenía ya reservada
Ofreciéndome una vip por el triple del precio que ya había reservado , horrible

Pros:

Lo que nos pareció mas lindo del hotel es la vista al lago.
La calefacción la sentíamos muy alta. No preguntamos sin podíamos modificarla nosotros
La habitación era cómoda, aunque particularmente la alfombra no la considero muy higiénica.
El desayuno estuvo muy bien.

Cons:

Lo que no nos gustó fueron los malos entendidos con el personal del hotel con respecto al pedido limpieza de la habitación y cuando realizaron la limpieza no lo hicieron en forma completa.
Debemos aclarar que nos nos faltó nada y si bien es verdad la existencia de cámaras, no nos íbamos tranquilos de la habiitación ya que se podía abrir la puerta sin forzar.

Pros:

El desayuno muy escaso, solo carbohidratos.

Cons:

La habitacion de la primera noche mucho calor y mucho ruido, tuve que pagar un poco mas para poder cambiar de habitacion en la cual no c3rraba completamente la cortina
, ya que estaba suelta y no mos podiamos sentar en la esquina de la cama ya que se undia hasta el piso No tenia shampoo y tuvimos que conseguir papel higienico.
El desayuno muy pobre solo pan tostado y dos medias lunas.
