El ambiente de la habitación es amplia y fresca

Cons:

En primer lugar, la habitación no contaba con elementos básicos como refrigerador. Asimismo, las toallas proporcionadas eran excesivamente delgadas y de baja calidad. Al momento de mi llegada, encontré una frazada guardada en el armario en condiciones desordenadas, sin doblar, lo cual no refleja un adecuado nivel de limpieza y presentación.

Por otro lado, durante toda la estadía no se realizó el servicio de limpieza de la habitación.

Respecto al desayuno, se me informó que únicamente incluía una media luna y un café para llevar. Debido a que soy diabética, indiqué por mensaje que no podía consumir ese tipo de alimentos, sin embargo, mi mensaje no fue respondido. A la mañana siguiente, el personal indicó que sí se había preparado el desayuno, pero que no se les había comunicado el cambio de horario de nuestro vuelo (el cual fue modificado por la aerolínea). Propuse llevar el desayuno preparado para que mi acompañante lo consumiera, pero finalmente no se nos entregó nada y solo procedimos con el check-out.

Adicionalmente, cuando solicité calentar un alimento que había adquirido, se me informó que no podían brindar ese servicio. Considero que, en caso de no ofrecer asistencia, sería recomendable contar al menos con un microondas para uso de los huéspedes.

También, las manijas de agua tanto de la ducha como del lavadero, no estaban bien pulidas, tenían manchas blancas y la ducha tampoco estaba limpia, la pared tenía marcas de que alguien se había afeitado ahí (pelo grueso de barba) y no se había limpiado bien.

Finalmente, ante la cancelación de mi vuelo, necesité comunicarme con la aerolínea. Sin embargo, se me indicó que el hotel no contaba con teléfono fijo, ni se me ofreció ninguna alternativa, como el préstamo de un teléfono móvil, lo cual hubiera sido de gran ayuda en una situación de emergencia.

Lamento señalar que estos inconvenientes afectaron significativamente mi experiencia como huésped.

Hotel al que le falta inversión. Descuidado habitación poco prácticas.

La Piscina y los jardines.

Cons:

La habitación sin luz en las mesitas de noche ni interruptor para poder apagar o encender luces había que levantarse a oscuras ya que la habitación está cubierta con una cortina oscura que no s epuede abrir sino se ve tu cama al completo desde fuera. No nos limpiaron la habitación por la mañana lo cual es antihigienico porque no se puede tirar papel en el vater. Tuvimos que pedirlo por la tarde. Ventana del baño rota.

Pros:

The setting of the property around the pool was quite and beautiful. The breakfast and dining area are nice. We had an issue with the curtain rod falling down in our room which exposes the entire room as the wall overlooking the pool is all glass. We were unable to get assistance from the evening staff to fix the problem. We were told someone was coming but that never happened. We rigged it ourselves to stay in place.

In need of updates, several cracked windows.

Un paraíso en Puerto Iguazú!!
Pros:

Everything was exceptional, from the moment of check-in, Nico and Catalina were lovely receptionists, very attentive to our needs, the hotel is beautiful, the room and bathroom are spacious and impeccably clean.The garden and pool are incredible, the breakfast is very complete and well served. In short, a hidden paradise in Puerto Iguazú, absolutely recommended, I hope we can return soon!! Thank you for everything, We really enjoyed our stay

Perfekter Aufenthalt. Gute Zimmer, ruhig, bequeme Betten, sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Küchenpersonal. Super Frühstück mit Säften, frischen Früchten, Sandwiches , Kuchen... auch Essen a las carte gut!.Toller Pool in wunderschönem Garten mit kleinem Bächlein .Gute Lage wenn man näher an dem Eingang zum Park sein will. Fahrer zum Flughafen oder Park oder in die Stadt werden auf Wunsch vom Hotel organisiert.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!
