My room had a cookroach. The sofa matress had blood stains or some kind of stains.
The hotel itself was dirty!
The room was clean. The refrigerator and microwave were working fine so it’s the TV. The bed was comfortable. Pillows are comfortable. The bathroom area was clean easy to use.
I was trying to cancel the reservation, but the girl behind the counter found it very difficult so I decided just to stay the TV in the main dining area where you have breakfast. The sound was really bad. You could not understand any audio coming out out of the TV and I did not notify them about that. The other thing that I did not like was that housekeeping did not make my room until late afternoon one day and then I had another day that housekeeping did not even make the room so I had to go down to the counter and ask for another set of towels. I did try to breakfast. It was OK but the bacon was very overcooked. It was so crispy. It just broke in pieces.
The food was good but the coffee was the best hotel coffee that I’ve had recently.
The room was clean but the carpet in the halls and the back stairs was really stained and dirty.

We had a room on the 4th floor, but when we got there the elevator was out. Front desk said it had been out for months. They finally were able to move us to the second floor. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The restroom had a bad smell, and the shower floor was very dirty.
