Very well appointed and equipped villas
Pros:

Very well presented and equipped villa. Clean and had everything we needed. Good showers and kitchen and high quality furniture. The firewood and fireplace was particularly useful as we had cold northern winds the entire time!

Staff were responsive and helpful.

Cons:

The admin before arriving was a bit tedious - filling in detailed forms for each guest and being chased to pay tourist tax separately from the booking. We are on an extended family trip and this was probably the 10th place we stayed but the only one that required so much pre arrival admin. I think this is a Majorca issue but it’s something historically you would expect the hotel/host to handle: I don’t really understand how in 2026 there’s more admin than there was in 2006.

Cala San Vicenc was also a bit of a disappointing base. Out of season (March) everything is shut and so we spent the whole time driving to Pollenca to do anything. We’d have preferred a base that was either better connected or had more in the immediate locale. I’m sure in summer it’s better and the coastal scenery there is stunning.

Paradise exists at this beautiful botana
Pros:

Wow, a magnificent place to stay in paradise!!! I was amazed at the attention to detail, kind hosts, incredible gift basket of treats and peaceful gorgeous location. Lovely beds, beautiful house and gardens. I was also able to use Netflix so I was well entertained at night. I travel a lot and It was maybe the best place I ever stayed! Can't wait to come back and try the pool... Pure perfection!! Gracias!

I needed shampoo but used the soap so it's ok!!

Comfortable stay in a perfect location

Lovely location - 5 minutes walk to the beach.
Clean, well sheltered pool area - where we spent most of our time
Unit was well stocked and perfect for a couple or maybe a family of 4
