From arrival to departure every staff member had given us a warm welcome and were very attentive. Hats off to the GM for having a strong team. Prajakta was such a delight and she has a great future in her career. Thank you for the late check out as it really helped us out! Can’t wait to be back!

We spend 2 days at this glamorous property. Everything was top notch. Service, hotel decor, grounds, the room itself was very clean and comfortable with branded toileteries. The breakfast spead was just extraordinary. Name it and they had it and even quality tasye and texture of each dish was carefully detailed. Really enjoyed the glamorous and the added value it the fact tgat the hotel is attached to the mall. However, we did feel it to be a little overpriced. Therefore, willl think twice before coming again as sister brands or chains of hotels in India having similar standards were cheaper.

Chinkholam Ria and Evan were super helpful n friendly . Made our lunch very pleasant.

A slightly expensive stay, but absolutely worth it. The breakfast spread was incredible with a wide variety of options, one of the best buffets I’ve experienced. The staff was warm and attentive, and the pool area was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great experience with excellent service and comfort.

Our weekend staycation at St. Regis was transformed into a truly phenomenal experience, thanks to the exceptional team. Every detail was thoughtfully curated—from the welcome drink and complimentary room upgrade to the congratulatory cake celebrating a milestone and the delightful goodie bag. These gestures made us feel genuinely pampered and special.
We couldn’t have chosen a better place for our staycation. The rooms were impeccable, the food was outstanding, and the standards of cleanliness, service, and location were all top-notch.

Delightful stay at st regis mumbai. Visited to celebrate my birthday and explore Mumbai and everything was perfect. Special thanks to Aryan he was our butler and was very helpful at recommending us places and for checking on us daily. The food and ambience of the restaurants were excellent, and saheb room kipling bar was a great experience. Will definitely visit again.

This particular visit was especially meaningful as I was traveling with my sister and my niece on her first trip to Mumbai. She was absolutely blown away—not just by the city, but by the genuine affection and hospitality extended to us throughout our stay.

I recently stayed at St.Regis for my 25th Birthday and the service from the moment I entered the hotel not even checked in I’d say was seamless and smooth with no possible hindrance at all.They made sure to get my room preferences as per my requirements too without any hesitations or questions asked and lastly the constant and uninterrupted hand for help provided by Ms.Shifa made the stay even more comfortable as she took care of everything I needed help with and made sure that i wouldn’t need to budge even a little for any of my needs.The property is amazing in it’s own skin but the staff and service workers make your experience way more memorable and hurdle less ,very few hotels in the world where you won’t need to think or strive for anything post check in and Regis is surely one of those.

It was a birthday to remember. Ushering in the thirteenth birthday for our kid was a daunting task to begin with, but once we settled on St.Regis Mumbai with a moderately crazy plan, we were set for a staycation of a lifetime. The plan on paper was rather simple; walk in on the pretext of lunch and surprise surprise, we're going to stay back the night! But the wonderful folks at St. Regis just made this extra extra special. We were received at the lobby with a beautiful bouquet and a warm smile. We were then ushered us to our room on a higher floor on the pretext of a special lunch and lo and behold - the room was done up so beautifully that it made a thirteen year old cry. There were fairly lights, multiple photo frames with choice family moments, a painstakingly put together video that covered multiple moments set to a zany soundtrack, a beautiful hand written note and football themed cupcakes. Our thirteen year old was stunned and then some for the better part of the next hour. This was a birthday that we will remember for a long long time to come. We thank the kind folks at St. Regis for going out of their way to make things special and then some. A special special shout out and a big thank you to the front office team, to Priyanka Sethi for patiently listening to our ideas and orchestrating them flawlessly, to Prerna Lad - our willing co-conspirator who went the extra mile and to chef Berry who worked on a wonderful thematic cake!

Had a pleasant stay at St Regis Mumbai. Awesome location next to Palladium Mall! Komal, my butler, was very helpful and went the extra mile to help me book dinner venues when I couldn’t and many more! Thank you for the wonderful stay! :)
