Very nice hotel and all services are excellent

Breakfast was amazing

Pre arrival the hotel manager reached out to us to welcome us.

On arrival again the hotel manager shaib welcomed us.

Simran on reception checked us in as it was mums retirement trip and I have status with Marriott we got upgraded to the best suite in the hotel the Penthouse Suite.

Words cannot describe this suite. It blew our mind the side and amenities that come with this suite.

Ontop of this we had a Butler called Adnann who organised so many special surprises for mum.

The attention to detail that Adnann provided blew our mind. He organised dinner and spa reservations, worked late to look after us was also on call through the evening, then even come in early the next day with gifts for us pre departure.

This service is the reason why I continue to book within the Marriott group.

The service given to us by Adnann still 4 days into our cruise blows our mind. He’s left a lasting impression on our minds and one we will never forget.

He needs recognition for his services.

Location, staff, and cleanliness.

Everything from check in to check out was exemplarily handled by competent staff with gracious hospitality. Dining options were abundant and facilities were immaculate.

Excellent location, adjacent to a very nice mall where you can find designer and local apparel, excellent multi-ethnic restaurants, and a lot of action. The staff were amazing and gave us an early check-in after a very long journey without much fuss. The poor customer service and communication were the main reasons I cancelled a club room at the Taj Palace for this hotel. While we didn't try all the restaurants they have, we ate twice at the Mekong, which offers fabulous Chinese dishes and equally good dim sum. They have an afternoon tea ritual at the lobby cafe, which is much appreciated. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Security checks in and out of the hotel are polite and efficient.
Don't think twice about booking this hotel when visiting Mumbai. While some prefer the old colonial style, a word of advice: the hectic vibes outside the Taj Palace would have been a negative for me had I kept the original booking.

We loved all aspects of the hotel, from the location (close to a shopping center) to the marvelous decoration. Highly recomendes.

The grand Seafood brunch the the seven kitchens St.Regis delivered in spades.
The best sourced Seafood was offered in different cuisines.
Asian station had massive king prawns in different gravies. The Dimsum's are the best among any Sunday Brunch in th city.

Mouth watering Crab in spicy hot kerala Masala. This preparation was so good it was difficult to break away and try the rest of the other delicacies.

Poached Seafood station was a bit of a jumble. Lots of great variety but the lobsters were hidden under the Tiger prawn and octopus. Even the chefs had trouble fishing out the lobster from under rest of the fish. One chef even mistakenly said the lobster was over !
I didn't mind because the rest of the offerings were as good.

The Grilled Seafood rocked !
Crispy fried calamari or zesty goan style prawns . Wow.

Continental station is always well stocked and presented. Lamb, chicken , fish in different slurries.

Indian station is one of the cities best.

The sugar craft is the best in it's class and on equal footing to Taj Shamiana

When you want to go extravagant you go Seven Kitchens.

Kapil Nautiyal served us. He was very smil-y, helpful, knowledgeable about the food and the St Regis rituals as well. We therefore thoroughly enjoyed the food and total experience.

We celebrated a special occasion and got an upgrade to the suite room.
The staff was very kind and even prepared a surprise for my wife with decorations and cake. A happy birthday hand written card from butler service team touched our heart with excellent hospitality.
The suite room was an amazing experience, very clean and spacious.
The next morning we had breakfast at Seven Kitchens. It had a variety of food from all over the place, north indian food, south Indian food, different kinds of bread, sandwiches and desserts. Great place for the health conscious people as it has the number of calories written on its name plate.
We were served at the table while the staffs gave alot of great recommendations. My personal favorite was dosa.
Alot of vegetables and fruits and finally a masala chai really made the perfect balance for a great breakfast.

As this was our first time at a St. Regis hotel, overall it was a great experience and an unforgettable memory for us. Definitely a recommendation and looking forward to staying at St. Regis hotel again.
