Fantastic service and amenities. The staff really were the stand-out feature of this hotel. From front of house to the housekeeping staff, they were all superb. Excellent food and options for in-room and external dining as well.
Well maintained property, courteous staff , nice food. I loved the indoor air quality as well . I liked the spa especially the fact they had extended timings till midnight.
The views around were meh !! It was a little over expensive for the facilities provided . The towels were hard and could have been softer . You dont expect washed out hardened withered towels in st Regis!!

It was my first time staying at the St Regis, I was here with family for a family wedding and we were taken care of like we were royalty. Rooms upgraded at our earliest convenience, butler Khushi Vyas always went out of her way to do the utmost for us to have the best experience possible, with organising 3 birthday celebrations, a special treat, flowers and a box of mangoes to top it off! Would definitely recommend anybody who’s considering staying here to not think twice. Will be back again for sure.
Amazing taste and very good continental spread. Pratham, Ria and Aaradhya made sure the service was prompt and took care of our children as well. The staff made sure our dinning experience is wowed. The service was top notch with the food selection, specially the live counter with so many options.
Salads, chaat and asian cuisine ttastes best. You don't want to miss the desserts, wide is not enough word.. they have massive dessert selection.
Very beautiful luxirious property, amazing breakfast and brunch. Personnel at breakfast are exceeding all expectaions: so friendly and cheerful, all of my special requests were immediately satisfied. Great amenities in the room
Personnel at brunch were not accommodating at all, our butler was unresponsive. Room cleanliness needs to be improved, specifically, surface of the table and glasses were stained. Not acceptable for nearly 38000 INR a night.

Excellent stay, treated like royalty
My husband and I had all our wedding events at the St. Regis, Mumbai on 4th and 5th of December, 2025 and it was probably the best decision we could have made. Our wedding turned out to be better than we could have ever hoped for, largely because of the two people:
1) Ms. Kirti - From the first round of meetings we had with the hotel, our account manager, Ms. Kirti was always polite, responsive and extremely helpful. She was always made sure to try her best to sort out all the queries and do all that she could for us - be it additional rooms, extra beds, changing where we wanted to hold our events and every small detail that even we could've missed.
2) Chef Umesh - One thing that worried my husband and I the most, was the taste of food at a 5-star hotel. We kept on stressing it to Chef Umesh and he never failed to reassure us. He took time out on multiple occasions to help us select the menu and was always patient when we made changes, and was at the top of his game when making suggestions. On the day of the functions, the entire spread was absolutely amazing, everything from the taste to the presentation. The food was extremely flavourful and the taste was different for each item, despite us have almost 5 meals with the hotel.
The GM, Mr. Nishanth Vishwanathan was also extremely polite and checked up on us regularly to see if everything was going well.
For the very first function, the venue we had booked was over capacity, leaving very little room for the food counters. The hotel set up the food to the next door venue based on their own judgement and will, which made the event much smoother and less chaotic.
Apart from that, the entire staff at the hotel was always available and prompt and did their best to make sure that the 2 days at the hotel were extremely smooth.
Dined at seven kitchen for my husbands birthday dinner, I had made the reservation and kept a note which the staff followed very particularly, amazing staff specially Pratham, Sunny and Het are great at their job, very attentive and kind alwys with a smile star staff

Stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai 6/7 may and the highlight was Lunch and Breakfast at Seven Kitchens. Rohan Marathe from the team really went above and beyond – he was working incredibly hard, ensuring every detail was perfect from the moment we sat down. He took proper care of our family’s dietary needs and made thoughtful recommendations that elevated the meal. The live kitchens were buzzing, food was outstanding, and Rohan’s genuine hospitality made it unforgettable. Highly recommend – we’ll be back!

The staff at concierge desk was extremely rude ,dismissive n discourteous. While I truly understand and respect the need for protocols,this kind of discourteous behaviour with any guest is unacceptable under any circumstances.The tone and attitude displayed by Mr .Nilesh fell far short from the standards of this prestigious hotel ! One would not expect this kind of behaviour from an establishment like St.Regis ! They definitely need to work on staff training n guest handling.
My three-night stay at The St. Regis Mumbai was truly exceptional. The hotel facilities overall were perfect — from the cleanliness and comfort to the excellent breakfast selection. The location is also extremely convenient, especially with the hotel being directly connected to a large shopping mall, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
What made the experience even more special was the outstanding hospitality from Mr. Preet Butler. He was incredibly charming, respectful, helpful, and always present to facilitate our stay in the best possible way. A young gentleman full of positive energy, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. He represented himself and The St. Regis Mumbai with the highest standards of service and care.
If I decide to return to Mumbai again, Preet would definitely be one of the main reasons for coming back.
