Right from the Airport pickup to checkout, everything was beyond smooth. Landing in mumbai, jetlagged, having everything taken care for you alongside fantastic service with a personal touch.

A big shoutout to Adnaan, the St.Regis Butler, who went above and beyond for us right from check-in to check-out, especially with the little touches here and there. It made my Wife's trip!

The Rooms are immaculately clean and the entire hotel is spotless.

The hotel itself is very quite and full of really good dining options alongside 24/7 room service with an extensive menu for that 3 am snack.

Will absolutely return to st. Regis as the location is very convenient regardless of where you want to go in Mumbai and the hotel competes as one of the best in the city

I had a wonderful stay at the The St. Regis Mumbai and it truly lived up to its reputation as a luxury hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with warm and attentive service. Everyone was professional, friendly, and always ready to help, which made the experience feel very personal and comfortable.

The rooms were spacious, elegant, and very well maintained. After long days exploring Mumbai, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and overall comfort really stood out throughout the stay.

I’d also like to give a special thank you to Shifa, who made the experience even more memorable. She surprised me with a personalized treat in my room, which was incredibly thoughtful, and she consistently checked in throughout my stay to make sure everything was perfect. Her kindness and care truly made me feel at home.

The location in Lower Parel is also fantastic, with great shopping and dining options nearby, making it very convenient to explore the city.

Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would absolutely recommend the St. Regis Mumbai to anyone visiting the city and looking for a memorable five-star experience.

The best staff you will ever meet. They are all amazing people who help you with everything you need. The variety of food from normal breakfast to Indian was great. The overall location and atmosphere is perfect if you live in the hotel since it’s downstairs. This hotel was certainly the highlight of our trip to Mumbai! The service was top notch, and the food, in both Seven Kitchens and the Sahib Room, was among the best we have ever had anywhere.

St Regis is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Mumbai. The hospitality, the amenities, the food everything was beyond perfect. I got a personal butler who arranged special decorations, cake, and gifts for us ( as we went to celebrate a birthday). The pool side is fantastic. The gym is huge. The breakfast buffet is a culinary experience not to miss.

The room had a great view, and was equipped with pretty much everything one needs. The hotel has an amazing Koi bar at the top, which hosts amazing parties on weekends. They also have a rooftop lounge/cafe which is not the part of St regis but a great option to chill. Plus, the hotel shares the premises with Phoenix palladium mall, which means you can go shop, eat, have fin anytime you want. Definitely going back again.
