Muy buena relación Calidad-Precio. Agradable
Pros:

Me sentí a gusto en este hotel. El personal es amable y la relación entre la calidad y el precio, muy buena. Además, tiene una situación céntrica y una cafetería con terraza donde puedes desayunar y tomar unas buenas tapas y aperitivos. Por cierto, aunque en booking se lee que hasta nuevo aviso el ascensor está averiado, no es cierto. Hace ya varios años que lo arreglaron.

Ottima base per esplorare Oviedo!
Pros:

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
Considerando che si tratta di un hotel a una stella è davvero in buone condizioni. La camera è spaziosa e ben tenuta, con tutto il necessario. Servizio di pulizia quotidiano davvero apprezzato! Posizione della struttura molto buona, in quanto vicino al centro e alla via principale della città. Staff gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

La caffetteria nell'hotel è davvero comoda, ma i prezzi sono un po' alti (anche se nelle media per Oviedo).

Instalaciones muy mejorables
Pros:

La ubicación y el personal.

Cons:

El baño de la habitación, la "bañera" se deshacía, no te podías ni duchar porque te hacías daño en los pies, la alcachofa de la ducha por lo que cuesta la habitación podría ser mejor, por el tamaño y la funcionalidad un plato de ducha sería una mejora.
La ventana es oscilovatiente y cuando llegamos vimos que estaba rota y no se cerraba, con lo cual cerramos la ventana como pudimos, sin haber posibilidad de abrirla porque se te caía encima.
Se oye TODO, el sonido de la calle, cada vez que alguien abre la puerta del hotel, cada vez que alguien abre una puerta en su habitación, cada vez que alguien tira de la cadena.

Lo mejor la ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación

Cons:

Estábamos en la primera planta. Abajo el bar. Muchísimo ruido del bar y del ascensor. Y muchos olores a comida, tabaco y ambientador. Para nuestro gusto camas muy muy duras.
