The staff here was so incredibly welcoming and friendly from the moment we walked in. The receptionist, Thu, was especially kind and made herbal tea for my girlfriend to help her recover from a stomach bug from earlier travel. They were also kind enough to arrange several excursions and show tickets for us during our stay, adding it to our tab to be paid at checkout. The property is set overlooking a beautiful rice field off the beaten path and down an alley off of the main road. This is the perfect place for a peaceful retreat. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer than a week!
The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the location is the best thing about this place, grabbing a bike to ride around the rice fields and stop for coffee at some of the cute nearby places is what I pictured Vietnam to be in my head before I got there. Only 10 mins into Hoi An Old Town as well, but out of the hustle and bustle. Beds were the comfiest we had on our trip. I would stay again, the value for money is great.
The building is a little old and there is some mould in the bathroom and the internal plumbing is very loud, you can hear water running through pipes and noises through the night. Breakfast was just ok. But the ladies cooking are so friendly it makes up for it.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is very peaceful, right by the rice fields, so it’s perfect if you're looking for some quiet time.
The staff is lovely and very helpful. The breakfasts were great with plenty of tasty options to choose from—the lady even went out of her way to prepare a special vegan meal for us, which we really appreciated.
You can rent bikes directly at the hotel to explore the surroundings, which I definitely recommend. If you want to head into the center, the Old Town is about a 30-minute walk away. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

The property is in a fantastic location over looking the rice paddy fields. They offer free bicycles which are a great way to explore. The rooms and bed are very comfortable and the pool was a bonus when it’s hot. The staff however really made the place special and were wonderful.

La tuyauterie des douches est un peu abîmée (mais ce n’est qu’un détail qui n’empêche pas leur bon fonctionnement).
We loved the staff and location of this sweet boutique hotel. It’s a beautiful hotel with great people, bikes to use and beautiful views of the rice fields. The location was perfect, in between town and the beach.
Only thing I would say is our room was a tad too small for all our stuff since we each had a large suitcase for long term travel but it probably would have been easily fixable if we had mentioned it or wanted to change.
The property is clean and decorated lovely, beds were very comfortable, breakfast was lovely and the staff are amazing.

This was such a cute place beautifully located in the paddies. The offer free bike rides to explore the surroundings. For me it was a big plus it was so far located from the old city. The staff is super sweet and breakfast feels like you are having breakfast in your mums kitchen :) would definitely come back!

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen! Tolle Lage mitten in den Reisfeldern (mit dem Fahrrad - welches gratis zur Verfügung gestellt wird 15Min. in die Altstadt sowie Strand). Ideal, wenn man nahe der Stadt, aber doch weiter weg vom Trubel und Lärm sein möchte :). Am Strand gratis Liegen angegrenzt an ein tolles Strandlokal. Hilfsbereites, aufmerksames und freundliches Personal! Tolles Frühstück (Kleines Buffet und Zusatzoptionen wie div. Eiergerichte, Avocado-Brot, Granola, etc von der Karte). Saubere Zimmer! Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!
