I stayed at Tho No Garden Villa for 2 nights and had a very peaceful and relaxing experience. The atmosphere is truly beautiful — the rooms are surrounded by nature, with a lovely lake and greenery all around. It’s incredibly quiet, perfect for anyone looking to escape the noise of the city.
The person I was in contact with was very helpful and responsive, even though they weren’t always physically nearby. Communication was smooth, and they made sure I had everything I needed.
One important tip: I recommend bringing extra food or snacks with you from the city, as the villa is quite far from town and getting a taxi can be a bit difficult. That said, the peaceful environment is totally worth it if you're looking for a nature-filled retreat.

Location was beautiful and remote, exactly as advertised. The front porches of rooms 1, 2 & 3 are a savings grace to the general disappointment that is the property as a whole.
The entirety of the property is unkempt and laden with trash, including the parking area in front of rooms 2&3 where a difficult to spot, exposed, rusted metal bracket juts from the ground. We weren't entirely without hot water, but it must be rationed quite tightly and this should be something the property notifies the guests of. Total lack of standardization in the kitchen, with my friend's room having such and such utensils/cups, and mine lacking those things; for example, there's a kettle but no heat-resistant cups (ceramic) with which to drink coffee or tea. They wanted VND 100,000 to clean dishes, which is not unfair, but the implication is that they are not responsible for clean dishes for the subsequent guest, as such, we noticed quite a bit of our cutlery/crockery/etc... was dirty and had to be washed before use. There is no snack bar or common area. The included breakfast is instant noodles.
I stayed at the mobile home. Amazing place, very secluded and relaxing, in the middle of nature. I didn’t really look at the photos before booking because I was in a hurry and this was the only place available in the area, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The bed is super comfortable, especially in the morning if you open the backdoors for a lakeview and a refreshing cool breeze. It even had a small outside kitchen with a stovetop, a kettle, a sink, a bunch of dishes and some spices and coffee, also free noodles. I never cook while traveling but the vibe of this place was so great that I had to visit the small village nearby and buy some groceries to cook and eat on the roof. I was supposed to stay only for the night since I was in a hurry but I couldn’t just leave in the morning, had to stay one more night haha
I like the view but the accommodation is unsafe for me. I had a fall as soon as I arrived and almost fell many times from the gate to the mobihome due to the unstable ground. i didn't stay longer than hour.
The unlevel ground
The views were beautiful but it was not ready for it to be a tourist destination.
The house is old, run down, very small. There was not enough bedding and only 1 bed and a sofa bed. The booking allows for 10 people. There was only 1 towel. There was no hot water so everyone had no shower as it was so cold. The drive up to the chalet was on a sandy trail. It was extremely dirty, run down, not maintained at all. It was more torture than anything else. We all waited til morning to pack up and leave. There is no tv, but then there is nothing to sit on outdoors, nothing to do, and not even enough places to sit. Should not say it can cater for so many people when really it is not suitable for any human occupancy!!
We wanted something away from the busy town and this place was exactly what we wanted. If you are looking for a lively place, this isn’t the place for you
It took 4 people 2 hours to shower due to the low water pressure. There are barely any water to clean up after a long day which was a huge downside. We did 3 loads of washing after and there was not enough water. We woke up several times in the night just to check on the washing as we had to leave early the next morning and was afraid it wouldn’t dry in time (which it didn’t and staff had to help us wash a load and partially dry). There were still dishes and cutlery left out to dry, and stacked bowls in the cupboard that were still wet. The dish rag stunk and was wet and dirty. Facilities were lacking, a lot. Has so much potential but definitely needs some upgrade and TLC

-lot of insects, huge frog pissing pink liquid (probably poison) and many lizards inside
-bird or something living inside the roof, chirping from time to time
-very dirty. Windows not cleaned ever, lamps full of dead insects etc.
-smells funky
-very limited kitchen supplies. Only one pair of chopsticks
-road muddy slime with huge ponds
-wifi barely works
-moss growing between bathroom tiles
-toxic worm on the living room floor
-walls and windows (inside and out) full of snails and their trails
-lizard poop everywhere
-owners picture on the wall and he is smiling to us like the scammed idiots we were
I want to find a quiet place to heal my wounds and connect with nature. And a friend introduced Rabbit Non Garden to me and the peaceful experience here completely changed my mood and emotions. A place with everything to immerse yourself in nature and forget the chaos of life. Highly recommend for connecting with nature and healing people.
Great! The housekeeper is enthusiastic, thoughtful, absolutely supportive to guests, and the view of the house is truly healing. In general, I will visit home many times again
The place was empty as I expected. In the distance, I heard the sound of a water pump watering the coffee. Two sincere and enthusiastic housekeepers. The right place to avoid urban areas. The quiet night is very calming. Early in the morning, cool dew.
If you want to get away from the streets, come here and experience it, it's extremely deserted and you can experience a fairyland.
Awesome view. Nice camping car, felt pretty comfy to me. It has toilet and even does stereo system (connection via Bluetooth dongle). Outside has shared kitchen (no stove though) and on-the-roof-balcony-with-the-view.
May be not the simplest place to find, need to drive dirt road. But Google Maps location is correct.
