Important information:

Please note that for reservations under the condition "Pay at the property - no prepayment needed ", the total amount of the reservation must be paid at the check-in.

Please note that the credit card used to make the payment of the reservation must be from one of the guests staying in the room. If this is not the case, please contact the hotel prior to the check-in date.

Please note that all guests, adults and children, staying at the property must show a valid identity card or passport with photo, or equivalent document (e.g. birth certificate). Minors not accompanied by their parents must have a declaration or authorization to stay, issued by the holder of rights of custody.

Please note that half board rates includes set menu (3 course) dinner and drinks are not included.

All guests staying during the nights of 24th December and 31st December have the gala dinner included. Dress code is 'formal attire'.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Великолепный отель
Pros:

Великолепные виды на океан, зелёная территория- всё утопает в цветах и зелени, крики попугаев добавляют свою атмосферу

Cons:

В отеле 2 ресторана отмеченные звездами Мишлен , но к сожалению, ни в один из них не удалось попасть. Если планируете их посещать, то бронировать нужно очень заранее. И рекомендую брать номера высокой категории ( разницу вы почувствуете😜) и с видом на океан( это того стоит)

Pros:

Convenient location, well positioned by the ocean, variety of high quality, well prepared & nutritious food

Cons:

Parts of the property are slightly dated. Low staff to guest ratio ( possibly due to Easter holidays)

Spitzen Hotel das fußläufig zum Zentrum liegt.
Pros:

Wir hatten das Cliff Bay Hotel gebucht und wurden auf das Suites Hotel upgegradet. Kurzum Alles war traumhaft; perfekt!!

Great staff, beautiful view to switch off your busy mind.
Pros:

The staff are extremely kind over all, specially in the Rose Garden Restaurant And Cactus Bar and the reception too. Special thank you to Rose Garden restaurant staff, Roberto, Fabio and everyone else. Such amazing friendly people.

A very memorable stay in virtually all respects
Pros:

The property has everything to offer including outstanding location , services and facilities. It’s a beautiful property in all effects - a real find!

Cons:

There could have been more variety in the rose garden restaurant in the evenings and we found the prices on the high side

Lovely hotel, great location and friendly staff.
Pros:

Beautiful location, large clean and well equipped rooms. Good restaurants and friendly staff.

Cons:

Hard to find any faults but the gym could be bigger and better equipped and the hot tub should be “hot”
