Pros:

Tolle Unterkunft. Tolle Anlage. Toller Blick und alles sehr sauber. Pool war beheizt.

Cons:

Das die Toilette nur mit einem Stoffvorhang zum Zimmer getrennt ist, ist sehe gewöhnungsbedürftig und war nicht unser. Es war zudem aufgrund der wenigen Fenster immer dunkel im Zimmer. Eine besetzte Rezeption wäre toll gewesen und besser als die Kommunikation per WhatsApp.

Najpiękniejsze miejsce w jakim dotychczas nocowałam. Jestem zachwycona!
Pros:

Miejsce jest fantastyczne - rzeczywiście nad samym brzegiem oceanu. Szum fal wart jest swojej ceny. Świetny kontakt z obsługą - dostaliśmy wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy i wszyscy byli przemili. Czysto i wygodnie a inni goście to również osoby szukające ciszy i spokoju.

Cons:

Jedyne co mi się nie podobało, to kamieniste ścieżki które po deszczu robiły się bardzo śliskie. Oświetlenie nie działało i trzeba było świecić latarką. A, jeszcze okna nie mają szyb - jedynie okiennice. Kiedy jest zimno trzeba zamknąć okiennice więc w środku robi się bardzo ciemno.

Not recommended because of very rude recepcionist.
Pros:

Very nice location. Playa del Socorro and start of a famous trail to Teide is within a walking distance from this property. The sound of the sea is hypnotizing.

Cons:

Woman at the reception is very rude! Booking was fully paid 20 days before arrival but 3 days before I received a message with two links - one to provide my data and address for check-in and another one looking like a scam to provide my full credit card details. I answered that booking was fully paid and I will not give my credit card under this suspicious link. She threatened me that I will not be able to check-in if I don't come to present my card in the reception. I had to change my plans and drive all around the island, because the reception is only available until 13:00. When I arrived she was very unpleasant and all she did was reading all my card data and trying to send it under same suspicious link... She said that she will not let me in, because she is afraid that I will use the mini-bar and leave without paying... I said again, that I am not gonna use it and she can remove it from the room. As a revange she said that I cannot check-in before 15:00, so I lost another 2 hours waiting for the room... Disgusting behaviour... Booking.com clearly says not to enter any suspicious links due to scam, so if you do not agree with these rules stop advertising here.

Pros:

早餐需要额外订购，会有烘焙店于固定时间送到房间，略贵，但是质量不错，option 1我可以吃两天！
房间非常安静，听得见来自大海的白噪音，我从来没有睡这么好过，白天可以在阳台发呆看海，非常非常适合独自放空。这是整个特内里费最美的地方！
干净整洁，注重细节，还赠送了一瓶酒。
Victoria反应迅速，提供非常多旅游选项，与她沟通非常愉快。
太美了太美了我会推荐给所有人！

Cons:

美中不足：对于不自驾不是很方便，自驾需要绕几公里掉头，到任何地方都得开车。
房间有点小冷，开炉子会好一些。
没有弄明白洗澡热水的使用方式，第一晚洗了个凉水澡，不过与前台了解后解决了这个问题。

The best holidays
Pros:

We had an unforgettable week at this accommodation. The sound of the ocean, the incredible view from our window, and the heated pool made our stay truly special. The territory is cozy and secluded, which creates a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help. We would definitely love to come back.

Pros:

Das ist eine wunderbare Hacienda für Sonnentage, die wir leider nicht hatten.
Auf einem Felsvorsprung mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer.
Schön angelegt, aber dir Aussensitzplätze kann man eben nur nutzen wenn es nicht regnet und auch kein starker kalter Wind bläst.
Wenigstens war ein tragbarer kleiner Heizlüfter und ein Raumentfeuchter vorhanden zur Erwärmung und Entfeuchtung der Räume.

Cons:

Dass es keine Glasfenster in den Bungalows gibt.
Nur Holztüren und hölzerne Fensterläden. Somit sitzt man bei Regen, Wind und Kälte in den abgedunkelten Räumen.
Diese Holztüren sind sehr rustikal und im Schlafzimmer und in einer Dusche mit WC im Bodenbereich nicht dicht ,sodass trotz einer vorhandenen Aufsaugschlange das Wasser immer bei Regen rausgekehrt werden musste.
Vorschlag der Rezeption zur Abdichtung Kleidung vor die Türe zu legen fanden wir nicht empfehlenswert.
Leider fiel zum Schluss die Aussenbeleuchtung in der Anlage komplett aus , was eher bei riesigen Wasserpfützen und rutschigen Steinstufen nicht ungefährlich ist, um vom Parkplatz in absoluter Dunkelheit bis zum Haus zu kommen.
Das angebotene Frühstück für 20 Euro pro Person wird in einer grossen Pappschachtel ans Haus geliefert. Kaffee und Tee in Pappbechern.
Leider zu viel in Plastik ( Joghurt mit Müsli) angeboten und das Brotsortiment nicht gut. Warum gibt es an Früchten einen Grannys Smith Apfel und eine harte Birne, wenn auf der Insel die herzlichsten Früchte wachsen. Papaya, Mango, Bananen usw.
Wir hatten es nur einmal gebucht!

Die Aus und Einfahrt ins Grundstück ist nicht einfach.
Da man je nach Richtung der geplanten Fahrt einen riesigen Umweg fahren muss um z.b. nach puerto de la Cruz zu kommen. Da die Strasse sehr stark befahren ist muss man sehr aufpassen.

Zu Fuss ist die Hacienda nicht erreichbar, auch nicht für einen kleinen Spaziergang zum nächsten Ort.
Auto ist ein Muss und vor allem gute Fahrer!

Als Sommerunterkunft trotz allem empfehlenswert!

Pros:

We stayed at Hacienda El Terrero and had mixed feelings about our experience.
First of all, we absolutely loved the location and the small village - it’s truly charming and very special. The house itself is also beautiful, unique, and full of character. It feels authentic and thoughtfully designed.

Cons:

Communication with the staff was quite limited. After 1 PM, there is no one available on-site to assist with anything, and the only way to reach someone is by text message. While this may work for some, we didn’t find it very convenient or personal.
Breakfast mainly consisted of nice sandwich, and also sweet pastries + very sweet granola. Some guests may enjoy this, but it wasn’t really to our taste - it depends on personal preference.

In the room, there were no wardrobes and very few hangers, which made organizing clothes a bit difficult.
Lastly, I would not necessarily recommend staying here with small children. The outdoor areas can be quite dangerous, as the fencing does not feel secure for little ones and there is a real risk of falling.

We also missed having the option to book additional services. Being able to order a massage or just enjoy a cocktail on-site would have added a lot to the overall comfort and experience.

Overall, I would rate our stay 7/10. The place is beautiful and the setting is wonderful, but for me, warm communication and a genuine welcome from the hosts are very important - and that was something we unfortunately did not really experience here.

Rezeption nur kurzzeitig besetzt. Eindringen von Regen und Wind, da keine Fenster. Vorschlag per whats-up: man sollte Handtücher und eigene Kleidung zum Abdichten verwenden. An und Abfahrt zur Bundesstrasse extrem schwierig, da Abbiegen nicht gestattet.

Un hébergement insolite, typiquement Canarien avec tout le confort moderne. Une surprise!
L’océan à perte de vue, même dans la piscine.
Loin de l’effervescence des gros complexes hôteliers. Vraiment extra!

Mooie historische plek, bijzondere ervaring.

Bijzonder mooie plek, direct boven aan de oceaan. Goed bed.

Cons:

Het ‘huisje’ wat wij hadden was erg klein. Er zijn ook ruimere daar zou ik een volgende keer voor kiezen.

Geweldig mooie locatie in een authentiek compleet huisje

De accomodatie was gewoon mooi, alleen vervelend dat je nadat je bij Booking.com alles al geregeld had nog een keer alle gegevens van o.a. je creditcard moet verstrekken om extra zaken te kunnen betalen en een link te krijgen van het toegangshek en je huisje
