The staff, the location and the food
The price/quality value
On arrival and after being shown to our “Villa with a sea view, terrace, kitchen, washing machine, dish washer and seating area inside” we were shocked at being shown to a “room” with none of the mentioned.
Luke who works there showed us to a couple of other options but it became clear that our Villa option was not only not available but in fact doesn’t exist.
We settled for the next agreable option which was a tiny bungalow with none hot water, no kitchen facilities and no view. If this is what we had booked we would have been very happy.
We cut our stay short unfortunately but this was no reflection in the staff at all who were very kind and efficient, as I pointed out it’s not their fault that the booking.com given options don’t even exist.
The “manager” rightly altered the price we paid to reflect the room we occupied for our 4 nights although it was never about the price from our side.

Awesome location on the most beautiful beach we've seen in Java. The staff is exceptionally hospitable. The room was very clean, comfortable and right next to the pool (which was really clean and warm too).
They have their own kitchen for breakfast/lunch/dinner whenever you want, the food was really delicious and was always prepared with a smile.
The fridge with drinks/ice cream was a great bonus, and so was the laundry service. They also offer surf lessons and surfboard rental.
Thanks for taking such good care of us! Definitely recommend this place.

Nice pool, large rooms. Staff were friendly. We were allowed to switch to an upper floor room with no extra cost.
We were originally told that we could pay by credit card, and our receipt had the payment total for card (+3%), but we were told that we had to pay in cash on checkout. We also were told that a second bed would cost an extra amount, but it was not made clear that would be charged per night rather than a one time payment. We don’t speak Indonesian so we used Google Translate. Perhaps meaning was lost that way?
Swimming pool and quiet place. Romantic. Helping people. Bicycles for us.
Aggressive behaviour of the owner. Since there was not possible to pay by card terminal in the evening (only during the day) from his side of accommodation. So we have to pay by bank account.

La propreté laissait à désirer parfois : piscine , salle de bain , cuisine où était préparé le petit déjeuner- la description de booking qui présentait une villa avec un équipement complet (lave linge, micro onde, ...) alors que la location etait en fait uniquement une chambre sans équipement
