Pros:

Krásný a útulný apartmán se dvěma ložnicemi v prvním poschodí. Plně vybavená kuchyně a myčkou a pračkou byla fajn. Samozřejmostí je klimatizace. Dolní terasa s grilem na dřevo nám umožnila strávit několik krásných večerů. V areálu apartmánů je i krásný bazén. Naši kluci byli u bazénu, kde měli k dispozici wifi, my raději chodili k moři. Městečko St. Vincenc je krásné a v září již nebylo přeplněné turisty. Zažili jsme i ukončení sezóny, trh s místními produkty a pivy, závody kár z vrchu - projížděly městečkem až k pláži a večerní koncert. Měli jsme půjčené auto a každý den jsme vyráželi na výlety. Komunikace se správcem byla výborná.

Cons:

Překvapily nás kousavé mušky, ale objevili jsme elektrické odpařovače do zásuvky a to pomohlo.

Lovely place up on the hill. Cala sant Vincent brilliant location

Great pool area and gardens
Lovely cool house + AC if needed
Mountain View's from terrace
Very spacious

Cons:

Ok for us but lots of steps around the property (trickier for prams/wheelchairs and luggage . Parking a walk from property
Kitchen wasn't that well equiped. Eg no bowls and no grater
No bath as per photos - has been upgraded to an excellent shower but we could have done with a bath for baby

We had a lovely stay, very relaxing with plenty to enjoy in the local area.
Pros:

The villa is in a great location, walking distance to the beaches and village. There are lots of great places to explore locally and a wide choice of good restaurants both in Cala Sant Vicente and Porto de Pollença. The property is tucked away without feeling isolated. The pool is a very good size and the grounds and property are very well maintained. The house contained everything we needed including WiFi and a washing machine which was very helpful.

Cons:

There was nothing that we didn’t like
