hôtel très agréable
Pros:

Hôtel et personnel très agréable. Chambre aérée, très propre et très bien équipée (sauf salle de bain). La terrasse dispose d'une belle vue sur la mer. La cuisine est vraiment excellente

Cons:

la salle de bain est à revoir : le meuble de lavabo est rafistolé et pas présentable pour une suite, la porte de douche tient à peine, les accessoires sont majoritairement détériorés....

We had a pleasant stay and didn't lack for anything.
Pros:

The entire staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean and always tidy when we came back. Special thanks to the cleaning staff.

Cons:

Some fixtures, such as the shower door and the towel rack, were in need of some maintenance. The shower door was leaking, and the towel rack kept falling down.

had a perfect stay for 5 days there. the roon js clean and new, The view is amazing, the staff is incredibly nice! They all speak English too and helped me with organising my tours and everything else ! special thanks to Ivana and Chris they deserve a rise in their salary! thanks for everything !

Cons:

Som overalt på Madagaskar skal man helst tale fransk. Engelsk er på lavt niveau
Så rotte på terasse....noget der dog blev taget hånd om umiddelbart efter rapportering. Nogle planter havde vokset sig lidt for store og blev straks fjernet

La qualité, la propreté, la terrasse, la vue des chambres supérieures, la piscine, le personnel, les repas, l'emplacement proche de la rue animée sans être dérangé par la musique...

Cons:

Réservation d'une suite dispo sur Booking, qui finalement ne l'était pas à l'arrivée. Proposition d'une chambre supérieure avec terrasse et vue très bien, juste pour une nuit et la 2ème, nuit dans une petite chambre sombre, vieillotte...

Personalet var veldig hjelpsomme med turer og transport, i tillegg til å hjelpe til med koffertene. De hadde god middag ved resturanten og solsengene var oppgradert, noe som var veldig pluss. Ellers fin belighenhet og nydelig utsikt.

Cons:

Personalet opplevdes ganske kranglete om det var noe som var feil, eller noe man måtte si ifra om. Det var en del maur på rommene. Frokosten kunne vært mye bedre. Det var inkludert frokost i prisen, men når vi kom dit måtte vi betale ekstra for egg.

Pros:

Personnel très sympa et à l'écoute. Ils ont repondu à l'ensemble de nos demandes que ce soit pour les activités et transport + la proximité des départs en bateau pour les activités (accessible à pied). Le fait d'être un peu retiré permet d'être au calme.

Cons:

Mauvaise odeur des wc et clientèle fréquentant l'hôtel. C'est connu à Madagascar mais si ouvertement or que nous sommes en famille avec enfant c'est gênant. Prix du restaurant élevé par rapport aux alentours.
