Important information:

Please inform Holiday Villa Famosa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of MYR 300 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property.
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that the property requires a 50% prepayment of your reservation 60 days prior to arrival date.. The property will contact you to provide further instructions.

Location, big space, fresh air

Cons:

The villa is a bit run down, one faucet the water pressure is very low. And the filter in the swimming pool is broken, had to contact the handyman to come manually on the filter. The water heater seems problematic too that the water pressure is low sometimes

Dissapointing.
Pros:

Spacious house.

Cons:

Broken toilets. Water pressure was so low that it took 45 mins for one person to shower. The private pool had algae around it. Water did not flow through the water outlet. Quite a bad experience for us.
