Sehr empfehlenswert Unterkunft, ruhig und trotzdem mittendrin.
Pros:

Eine der schönsten Unterkünfte auf der Reise. Vor jedem Zimmer eine überdachte Terrasse mit Sofa und Blick in den Garten. Eine echte, ruhige und erholsame Oase

Kind stuff but globally mediocre experience
Pros:

The room is nice, big and clean. Phung is a really nice host, she speaks English. She let us borrow the beach toys for kids (which we really appreciated) and she was always available if needed.

Cons:

The villa wasn't on the beach but 200m from the beach by walk, on booking it say that's on the beach. Next to a construction site full of rats.
Doesn't have hot shower in the room.
The swimming pool is really small, the photo on booking are deceiving.
Our room had a large round window (1m large) with no way of blocking out the lights and had a light turned on all night (outside light of the room next to ours).
Our room was next to a water pump, than every time that someone (even the neighbors) open the water the noisy pump actived and the noise was bothering during the night.

Super adresse pour profiter de la plage et visiter Hoi An
Pros:

L’emplacement idéal (à deux pas le plage, des bars et restaurants …).
Chambre spacieuse avec joli patio donnant directement sur la piscine.
Le personnel très agréable.

Cons:

Un petit bémol : eau chaude quasi inexistante les soirs durant nos 6 jours

Cons:

Địa điểm không có chỗ đỗ xe, đường đi vào hẹp nên ô tô không vào được và phải gửi xe ở ngoài sau đó đi bộ vào ngõ. Các trải nghiệm còn lại tạm ổn.

Sitio al lado de la playa con habitaciones muy cómodas y personal muy agradable. Tiene una piscina muy pequeña, pero que hacr la estancia muchisimo mas agradable, especialmente si viajas con niños. Muy recomendable.

Pros:

Rooms were pretty and clean. Staff were so nice and accommodation was very close to the beach. Super cheap to get a taxi into the town!
