The beach was lovely and the pool is a good size.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable- like sleeping on a board. The location of the accommodation is a little out of the way.
Tina and Lily were the kindest staff members I encountered during my travels, and I still remember them to this day. The biggest strengths of this accommodation were its peaceful location and the kindness of the staff. If I visit Da Nang again, I would definitely consider staying here again.
Overall my family and I had a great holiday! Everything exceeded our expectations! Great for larger size families. Special thanks for Tina and Lily for their amazing service and support.
It was close to the pool, the beach and restaurant nearby were also great.
It was delicious breakfast and BBQ dinner at this resort.
And all staff was kind and provided perfect service.
Especially "Sarah(Tina)" was cared us so much..
She kept try her best for we stay in accommodation happily and nicely.
I think Sarah(Tina) is one of professional staff in this resort.
Additionally Toni & Jenni.. this two staff also made us comfortable staying.
And they were very professional too.
Very big size of swimming pool make us satisfied.

Nothing make me feel bad.
Villa was excellent, couldn't fault the facilities.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially jenny and vim. Sarah provided excellent communication.
The weather. Resort breakfast is expensive,however you can have breakfast made in the villa for much less. Wasn't clear that this is not part of the main resort and as such reception have nothing to do with villa.
You can experience the chef at the villa at a cheaper price than at the restaurant at the resort. Having a BBQ at the villa is also great. You should order more from the list for a variety of dishes. The trip to Ba Na Hills, Hoi An, Linh Ung Pagoda, Helio Center, Asian Park Sun World... was easy with Sarah assisting via Line and arranging it all. Her driver is also great and funny. Great! Next year, we will come back, the vacation was worth the money.
A great place to stay for a few days with the family
Sarah and Mr Vince have been really helpful with anything we required ans always smiling
With only a short walk through the grounds to get to the beach it a perfect place to rest and recharge whilst visiting Vietnam
One suggestion i would make is
As this this a self catering apartment it would be good idea to purchase some food items from a store.before you arrive.
There are a few local shops(about 10 min walk) but they may not sell the items you require as we found.
Over all a good standard and great place to stay

If there is one thing that could be better it was the balcony seatting
I think the sofa could do with replacing
Right from the onset Vince was very welcoming . I had trouble setting the tv to English and he came twice to fix for us , nothing was too much trouble. We loved our stay !

No supermarket or convenience store nearby. Better buy enough drinks and snacks before checking-in. But the villa could assist you in everything, including food ordering and grocery shopping.
Clean. Hot shower with good water pressure. Air conditioners are good.
Service and staffs not so good. For example, a staff tried to charge me more. They didn’t provide service as committed. However, after I showed the evidence, he accepted and apologized.
