Location is perfect.

The staff were professional, sensitive and helpful, the location was beautiful, we were met with a glass of champagne, the units were stylishly done out and had everything we needed, coffee machine, coffee pods, tea, milk etc. Every morning breakfast was delivered simply but again delicious and in style. We felt safe and were in walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. There was even a little theatre we could go to. The beach was walking distance,no more than 5min walk and a beautiful spot where we swam every day. You are allowed to take your dog for an extra R250 per day. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and would most certainly go back.

Our studio had a beautiful view over the ocean and nearby rocks. It was tastefully decorated and spacious. The location was great, close to town but still quiet. The staff including Moses and Patrick were exceptional, they consistently went above and beyond. The breakfast was great and the turn down service with hot water bottles each evening was excellent. I can’t wait to go back.

Our time at La Baleine was living in paradise
We were met by Patrick and welcome drinks. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very spacious. All the little extra touches made all the difference - fresh milk in the fridge, sweet snack and bottled of water in the evenings. Breakfast was superb, delivered in a basket to eat on the terrace or indoors. Parting gifts from Moses was a lovely reminder of our stay. All the staff made our stay very special. Thank you all

L’emplacement, la vue et le service. On a été vraiment gâtés. Le staff était à nos petits soins.

Everything - the location, the studio itself, the staff, the service, everything was BEYOND EXPECTATIONS. I give 10/10 but it would deserve much more than this if possible.
Our room was very nice, super cleaned (housekeeping service coming twice per day), in a great location, and it included everything we needed (braai also, which we enjoyed a lot). The staff was so so kind and helpful and what we appreciated was an extraordinary attention to detail and to the client… something you cannot easily find elsewhere. We will come back and definitely recommend!!
