Staff were exceptional and responded so positively to any question or request. Really great having the little onsite catering area with water, coffee and microwave.
The location was brilliant, and was accessible to all of the things we wanted to see. All was walkable and easy.
The power outlets were quite loose so that charging devices was an ongoing challenge. The staff were very obliging with loaning usb chargers but although we brought the appropriate adapters from home (Australia) we still had to buy more, and that was hit and miss as to whether they worked. We are now in Busan and have not had that problem at all.
Location was great
Floating floors meant that noise from neighbours was an issue. We had a complaining neighbour each time we moved around and felt like we had to walk on tip toe the whole time we stayed

The attached cafe was very limited on selection. Finding a good breakfast nearby was tricky.
It very clean, quiet, air conditioned, free laundry, they held our bags for us when we arrived early and checked out late, the location is perfect to see the palaces, go to the malls, the markets and right next to Insadong and so close to Hanock village. It was perfect!
The only odd item was they didn’t have shower curtains.

The hotel was walking distance to the palaces and other tourist attractions plus there was a grocery store nearby. There was one front desk clerk that was so nice and helpful, he even lent me a power bank to keep my cell phone charged while I was out and about! Another front desk clerk allowed me to check out an hour later. I loved the chrysanthemum tea - so delicious!
It would have been nice if free pastries were added to the free coffee in the cafe.

This hotel is in a location by many shops. It sits behind a larger hotel. I believe we were on the 5th floor. Our room had a double bed, a single bed, and a small refrigerator. The toilet was in a smaller room separate from the shower room. Both had frosted glass doors, but as they were around the corner from the beds, there was some privacy. There was a tub and shower but no shower curtain. There was actually a counter in the bathroom to sit things on without them getting wet. The laundry room in the basement was free, but it was a walk down there from the lobby. There were two washers and two dryers. The cafe gives free coffee to hotel residents. We split an egg salad sandwich for breakfast, and the price was reasonable and it was freshly made. There is a convenience store beside the hotel, so we bought water and other items there. We parked our vehicle when we arrived and never moved it because the traffic in Seoul is busy all the time. There are restaurants within easy walking distance.
The bathroom light, like many hotels, was outside of the door, so it woke everyone up if anyone went to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Centrally located in Insadong and transportation. Easy walk to Iksadong and eating/shopping areas.
Tight parking area. Better food selections. Hard boiled eggs and instant noodles would be nice. :)
