Brilliant Hotel. Everything was perfect!!!
Pros:

Hotel is impeccable. Great location. Lovely staff. Clean spacious rooms. Superb bathroom amenities. Free laundry (washing & drying). Cute cafe. Free coffee and tea.

We Enjoyed Our Time in Insadong
Pros:

This hotel is in a location by many shops. It sits behind a larger hotel. I believe we were on the 5th floor. Our room had a double bed, a single bed, and a small refrigerator. The toilet was in a smaller room separate from the shower room. Both had frosted glass doors, but as they were around the corner from the beds, there was some privacy. There was a tub and shower but no shower curtain. There was actually a counter in the bathroom to sit things on without them getting wet. The laundry room in the basement was free, but it was a walk down there from the lobby. There were two washers and two dryers. The cafe gives free coffee to hotel residents. We split an egg salad sandwich for breakfast, and the price was reasonable and it was freshly made. There is a convenience store beside the hotel, so we bought water and other items there. We parked our vehicle when we arrived and never moved it because the traffic in Seoul is busy all the time. There are restaurants within easy walking distance.

Cons:

The bathroom light, like many hotels, was outside of the door, so it woke everyone up if anyone went to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Centrally located and very clean!
Pros:

Centrally located in Insadong and transportation. Easy walk to Iksadong and eating/shopping areas.

Cons:

Tight parking area. Better food selections. Hard boiled eggs and instant noodles would be nice. :)

Merkezi bir konumda. Seul'de görülmesi gereken yerlere yürüyüş veya otobüs yolculuklarıyla rahatlıkla ulaşılabilir bir konumda. Bulunduğu muhit de gayet güzel. Oda temizdi. Personel ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü.

Pros:

清潔感があった
部屋が広々としていて大きいスーツケースも広げられた
毎日無料の水を補充してもらうことができ、助かりました

Cons:

立地はそんなに良くない、暗い道を入ったところにあるため女性1人なども場合は注意
シャワーとトイレが同じ部屋で、シャワーカーテンなどもないため気をつけないとトイレの方まで水浸しになる
同行者がクレジットカードを紛失してしまって助けを求めましたが、対応がすごくドライで冷たく、全く対応してくれませんでした。他は概ね良かったので非常に残念です。こういった場合は大手や日系ホテルの方が安心です。

The location is perfect, bus- and metro-stations, also supermarket, restaurants and little shops nearby. The english speaking staff is very helpful, the rooms very clean and comfortable.

Prettig en schoon hotel op toploatie, aanbeveling!
Pros:

Toplocatie, vriendelijk personeel. Heel servicegericht. Gratis koffie, thee en water in het café voor hotelgasten. Kamers zijn schoon en de sfeer in het hotel is heel prettig.

Cons:

De familiekamer is eigenlijk niet geschikt voor 4 personen, alleen als de kinderen nog jong/klein zijn.
