Easy to reach and locate, fats check in, friendly staff, clean room, all amenities that we needed, all in line with description and photos. Location is convenient to see Imperial palace (Gyeongbokdung), National Folk Museum of Korea, Jogyesa Temple, and wander around the Insadong district. Opening windows and having fresh air + no urban noise outside came as extra bonus, rarely seen in big cities today, For kimchi lovers- Museum Kimchikan is next door, as well as 2-3 convenience stores open 24/7. We all enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
Nothing really negative. One staff at the reception was a bit hesitant to allow us to have a little breakfast with our own food using a table in the hotel cafe on the day of departure, but in the end agreed. If the food is not too smelly to scare off other visitors it should be fine, especially if no breakfast is included in the rate and no such option is offered by the hotel, while rooms are not really suitable for this.

The location of this hotel was fantastic. We were about one block away from the start of a shopping area in Insadong with tons of restaurants and shops. We could also easily get to the subway and buses or could take a longer walk to cultural sites. The room was comfortable, although not large (but it seemed that this was common in Seoul). It was nice that they had rooms with a king bed and a twin bed - this worked well for our family of three. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again on another visit to Seoul. By booking through booking.com, we also got a free private car from Incheon Airport to the hotel (about a 45-minute ride), which was great.
It would have been helpful to have more space in our room because we had multiple suitcases.

Aucun choix au café pas possible de prendre le petit déjeuner car rien à proposer à part du thé du café et quelques jus de fruits. Rien à manger. Dommage car il y a une jolie petite terrasse qui du coup n’est pas exploité

Tout était parfait.
The staff were welcoming and friendly, the room was large and comfortable, and the location was ideal as it was a short walk to two palaces and the Hanok village between them, and maybe a 10 minute walk to Myeongdong shopping area.
The bathroom privacy was lacking a bit. The toilet and shower areas had frosted glass doors, and the shower room door doesn’t lock.

This property is undervalue from the photo. The actual property is very nice and clean. The cafeteria looks nicer in real life. They have free laundry service in the basement , if you don’t mind the wait.
Parking is limited (4 spots ). But given the location it is not hard to go on foot to most attractions. Now the front desk English is very limited. I asked about the parking situation and storing luggages and he replied giving me a page of instruction of how to take a taxi or shuttle bus to Inchon airport. 😅. Until I start typing my broken Korean then he replied with something reasonable.
Great location and room size. Nice bath for our kids and the shower had good pressure too. Heated floors and heated floor bed for our kids. I slept on it with my son one night and it was so lovely and cosy! It was also very handy being able to rent a pram and phone charger for free as we forgot to get a converter to charge our phones. The pram was very useful for carting our children around Seoul in the cold temperatures. Good wifi. The hotel is only a short walk to the subway and palace.
My only suggestion is to have a set of cutlery in the rooms, otherwise everything was great.
