設備はいいが接客はイマイチ
Pros:

清潔感があった
部屋が広々としていて大きいスーツケースも広げられた
毎日無料の水を補充してもらうことができ、助かりました

Cons:

立地はそんなに良くない、暗い道を入ったところにあるため女性1人なども場合は注意
シャワーとトイレが同じ部屋で、シャワーカーテンなどもないため気をつけないとトイレの方まで水浸しになる
同行者がクレジットカードを紛失してしまって助けを求めましたが、対応がすごくドライで冷たく、全く対応してくれませんでした。他は概ね良かったので非常に残念です。こういった場合は大手や日系ホテルの方が安心です。

Pros:

The location is perfect, bus- and metro-stations, also supermarket, restaurants and little shops nearby. The english speaking staff is very helpful, the rooms very clean and comfortable.

Prettig en schoon hotel op toploatie, aanbeveling!
Pros:

Toplocatie, vriendelijk personeel. Heel servicegericht. Gratis koffie, thee en water in het café voor hotelgasten. Kamers zijn schoon en de sfeer in het hotel is heel prettig.

Cons:

De familiekamer is eigenlijk niet geschikt voor 4 personen, alleen als de kinderen nog jong/klein zijn.

Отличный отель
Pros:

Отличный номер, все чисто, современно, но при этом с нотками традиций. С заселением проблем не было. Есть бесплатная прачечная. Находится в отличном районе, множество достопримечательностей в шаговой доступности, так же по соседству целый район уличной еды, где можно вкусно и недорого поесть, и две станции метро, до которых минут 5-7 пешком. Всё нужное рядом.

Cons:

Слишком мягкая кровать, но это скорее лично мои предпочтения, не сказал бы, что это плохо.

Emplacement de choix
Pros:

Super emplacement proche de la ligne 5 et 2. Les transferts s'y font bien. On est a proximité de la vie d'insadong et des palais. Vraiment fabuleux!
La chambre était spacieuse et propre.
Cafe gratuit !

Cons:

J'ai moins compris ce qu'on peut acheter comme déjeuner à part les bols de céréales mais il y a notamment un GS25 à 2 min alors des alternatives sont très faciles !

Definitely will stay here when come to Korea next time, really good place.
Pros:

Service was really good, location is perfect, staff was friendly and very helpful, 4 days of staying there was really cool

Cons:

The cabinet door was missing a closer, so it kept slamming, but that's a minor issue.

Lo mejor es la ubicación en el corazón de Insadong. Reservamos una triple, pero finalmente fuimos dos personas, así que la habitación era amplia, más todavía si consideramos lo normal en Seul. Recepcionista agradable. Lavandería gratuita en el sótano.

Cons:

Es una pena que teniendo una habitación tan bien ubicada y amplia, luego sea tan rústica, sin ningún detalle ni encanto, y con muy poca luz natural por la forma ridícula en que están diseñadas las ventanas. Housekeeping deficiente, no estaba limpio, en dos semanas en Corea, la única vez que nos pasó.

Tu lugar en Seoul
Pros:

Hotel con toques de boutique, moderno y super acogedor. Poco ruidoso y supieron apoyarme con cada cosa que necesité. Está a pasos de Insadong, supermercado a 1 calle, tienda 24hs a 1 calle. Fuimos con mi esposa y mi hija de dos años, nos brindaron cuna gratis. Subte, cafés, resto, y buses a pasosVolvería sin dudas.

A lovely comfortable hotel in a fantastic area we can’t wait to come back to
Pros:

Love this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect. Near by metro stops and fantastic shopping close by the cool Cheonggyecheon Stream river walk and yes restaurants, coffee cafes and a beautiful temple. Our room was clean and large with a beautiful large bathroom too. Complementary Washer dryer and also coffee & tea! Very generous. Kevin and his staff were extremely kind and helpful too. Can’t wait to come back to the Sunbee and explore more in this fun quirky neighborhood too!

Cons:

The room had just been remodeled so it could use a shower curtain and also wish they were allowed to put a stop sign out front cause cars do zip by at times very fast. This is a city issue but should be addressed if possible for safety.
