The water in bathroom is black, hard to accept

Everything was good

Although some of the main historical attractions are only about two blocks away, the area around the hotel is pretty rough. Additionally, there’s nothing in the way of food or markets in the immediate area. There is a big shopping street, though, a couple of blocks to the south. It has a McDonald’s and some mini marts. All that being said, the breakfast was good, and the room was ok.

It's okay

Kamar lumayan besar, ada connecting room. Kolam renang bersih. Bangunan sudah lumayan usianya, sehingga banyak perawatan.

Dated hotel which could still be a gem if renovated. Service was impecable. Breakfast had enormous choices of Indonesian breakfast. Location somewhat run down. But taking taxi in and out solved that issue.

Bathroom water very bad. Water too slow.

A four star hotel situated near the centre of bandung few hundred metres from alun-alun and grand mosque, the staff are polite, breakfast are vary.

worth value for the money to spend in this hotel with good breakfast and very kind staffs. I will come here again in the near future.

Hotel nyaman, bersih dan tenang. Lokasi sangat strategis dekat alun alun, kopi aroma dan sudirman street.

A bit out dated place

The floortiles in the shower were very slippery.

Hotel was conveniently located. Easily accessible to nearby malls and street shops. Quite a facilities provided however hotel room cleanliness can still be improved.

Very helpful service staff, and efficient room cleaning staff. Good and delicious variety of dishes for breakfast. Hotel need to better improve its facilities such as the hotel wifi and room air-condition system.

This is my third stay. The hotel was wonderful. Excellent staff, excellent breakfast, excellent surrounding. They immidiately responded to my complaint and even 'çompensate' me on it which is a very good move to ensure my 'come back'. Room and toilet cleanliness must be improved. Lighting is also a set back, pls make the room and toilet brighter. AC is not cool enough. WIFI not good during my stay. I was told they are having some problems in WIFI systems.

Worth every penny!

Hotel facilities are very poorly maintained. It is difficult to close the door. The most important thing is that the front desk service can't be difficult. Let the front desk attendant help the taxi to overcharge the 200,000 rupiah tip.
