Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at Janat Al Atlas Resort! The staff went above and beyond to make our trip special, especially Tarik and Rida at the restaurant — they were incredibly friendly and so patient and warm with our kids, which made mealtimes actually relaxing for once. The beef tajine was absolutely delicious, full of flavor. Highly recommend this resort if you’re traveling with children and want a place that feels genuinely welcoming. Thank you Tarik and Rida for the great service!

Pros:

L'établissement est superbe.
Les jardins, le calme, la chambre très agréable et bien placée au calme elle aussi.
Le restaurant , le Spa, la piscine.
Tout y est et on n'a plus envie de partir. Du tout.
Sans oublier le meilleur pour la fin le personnel d'une gentillesse et d'un professionnalisme tout aussi parfait. Tarek adorable !

Je n ai pas du tout apprécié la propreté de notre chambre, des araignées partout , bon ça encore , ça se comprend il y a de la nature partout autour, mais la saleté dans le placard de la salle bain avec toile d araignée ainsi que les lampes de chevet , pareil toile d araignée autour de l ampoule ainsi que de la poussière partout, et les plaintes vraiment sales , les rideaux, pour les personnes maniac , je déconseille cette suite , dommage pour un aussi beau hôtel comme celui là ,

Établissement très bien tenu. Au calme, nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Les chambres, la propreté, le personnel très attentionné et le chef de cuisine, une véritable perle, nous avons apprécié tous les plats que nous avons goutté. Très sincèrement, je recommande les yeux fermés, cela change des grands hôtels sans âme.

We stayed at Janat Al Atlas Resort & Spa for four nights and had an exceptional experience from start to finish.

The resort is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and ideal for relaxation. The entire property, including the pools, gardens, rooms, and spa facilities, was spotless and cared for with great attention to detail.

What impressed us most was the extraordinary friendliness of the staff. From the warm welcome at reception upon arrival to the equally kind assistance during check-out, every interaction was professional, genuine, and welcoming. The shuttle service to and from the city was also excellent and very convenient.

The spa facilities were outstanding and provided the perfect place to unwind. The breakfast was one of the best we have experienced an incredibly generous selection with excellent quality and attentive service. Water, tea, and every detail were continuously taken care of.

We travelled from Tenerife specifically to relax for a few days and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The combination of comfort, tranquility, outstanding service, and genuine hospitality makes this resort truly special.

Highly recommended. We will definitely return.

Le personnel de l’hôtel, en particulier Rida le matin, Tarek le soir au restaurant, sont adorables. N’est à et Hanouna au SPA sont aux petits soins.
L’hôtel est au calme, loin des hydrocarbures de Marrakech. La chambre était spacieuse, calme. Et avec une terrasse privative pour prendre le café le matin dans le jardin, c’était top
La terrasse du restaurant est très agréable en fin de journée

Cons:

Sans voiture, c’est compliqué. Obligée de prendre un taxi pour 300 DH tous les jours.
Et la restauration est aléatoire. Le petit dej est très bon, mais certains plats ne font pas honneur à la réputation de la cuisine marocaine
