El desayuno no estuvo al mismo nivel cada día, se notaba bastante el cambio de personal de cocina de los diferentes dias en cuanto a cantidad y calidad de las comidas. Pero igualmente todo muy bueno😊

J’ai vraiment adoré mon séjour dans cet hôtel, le cadre est absolument merveilleux très agréable et dépaysant. La literie est confortable on y dort très bien et le petit déjeuner est vraiment copieux avec beaucoup de choix. Le service est impeccable personnel est professionnel et attentionné.
Le seul petit bémol concerne la salle de bain, j’ai trouvé le pied de paroi de douche, un peu sale rien de dramatique, mais un petit point d’amélioration à ce niveau là, cela reste globalement une très belle expérience,
Complexe hôtelier splendide! Personnel adorable et aux petits soins. Lieu calme et serein avec de beaux jardins et de belles piscines. La "chambre" était plutôt une suite spacieuse. Très belle déco. Le SPA est superbe. La nourriture est bonne. Nous avons mangé un excellent couscous que je recommande. Nous avons été obligés de quitter l'hôtel à 6h30 du matin car nous avions un avion à prendre. Aucun problème, un petit déjeuner à emporter avait été préparé la veille et le portier était là pour nous ouvrir. Seule hic pour certains: l'éloignement de Marrakech. Il faut avoir une voiture. Il n'y a pas grand chose à voir à proximité.
C'était parfait! Peut-être, pour les gens comme nous, une pomme de douche décrochable, mais c'est vraiment un petit détail!

Les résidences se trouvent à 20min du centre. Vous possédez un chauffeur privé qui vous ammène sur commande.
Nous étions totalement epoustoufflé par la qualité de la nourriture!!!! Les plats étaient dignes d'un restaurant étoilé.

On nous a fait faire le tour du site en entier. Il est des plus magnifiques.
En fait, tout était au top pour terminer notre séjour dans un endroit tranquille entouré de jardins d'oliviers et d'orange avec hamman, piscine et terrain de pickleball.
On se sentait comme des reines.
C'est un peu loin du centre mais c'est ce qu'on recherchait.
Un petit déjeuner pour apporter nous avait été promis ( nous prenions une navette tôt pour l'aéroport le matin), mais il n'a jamais été livré.

An oasis of calm after the hectic nonsense of the city/ Medina. We will definitely return. Excellent service provided by ALL the staff. Everything we needed was available. The room is starting to need just a little TLC to make it absolutely pristine again for any guests that are really fussy. It was probably 90+% rather than 100%. Great dining and leisure facilities.
The room we had seemed to be one of the original 7 bedroom detached executive villas and divided into several bedroom suites. They did a great job on this division as we weren’t at all impacted by the other guests. When we were there of the 7(?) suites there was never more than 2 of the others occupied.
The villa's outdoor pool was great, large and with ample loungers and cabanas and tent to shelter from the sun if required.
The leisure complex was great. Indoor pool, jacuzzi, treatment rooms etc. also an outdoor paddel court.
The restaurant building is self contained and open all day for breakfast, lunch and dinner if required.
Each of the remaining 5 villas can be rented individually. We viewed a couple (one of the 4 bedroom and one of the 7 bedroom, all with enormous private pools) and we are very likely to rent one of these in the future, either with our daughters and grandchildren or with golfing buddies. If just the wife and I we will definitely rent one of the suites again.
There’s also a shuttle service available on request to ferry guests on request, at a small charge. We used it a couple of times to take us on a return journey to the city and back to the airport on departure.
Ignore the surrounding area. When you arrive inside the security gate it’s great.
