满意的玩水体验
Pros:

小朋友玩得很开心，酒店硬件设施一流，服务需要跟上，接待能力不足。中餐厅物美价廉。还会再去。

Pros:

酒店外围环境还可以，停车位太少，房间洗漱台有明显水渍，房间反锁的锁是坏的，感觉一般般不值那个价格，到了夏天还一房难求

Pros:

非常差 员工明显缺乏培训 面对众多客户要房间的要求 永远只会说一句还在打扫 客户已经失控的情况下 居然还一味死撑 不叫经理出来 早餐也是非常差 吃过最差的五星酒店早餐 有烤肠居然没有番茄酱 问到任何问题员工只会回答一句 抱歉因为客人太多 完全不知如何应对客人的提问

Staff needs more training
Pros:

Both my husband and I are their ambassador members. We are dissapointed with how they treated their value customers. We had to call the front desk to get the same treatment for the two rooms we reserved (e.g. fresh fruit). The bar's staff were very dissapointing. We were told that their club room was not ready to be used and we had to use the lobby's bar after the front desk manager taking us there. The staff treatred us as if we were taking advantage but actually we had to pay the ambassador membership. The staff were rude.
Apart from that, the hotel's pool was managed by other company. We can only used it once each day. The breakfast and lunch buffet have little varieties to choose. Very dissapointed with this Intercontinental hotel.
