perfect close to all amenities
Pros:

Didn't require breakfast, but no problems in anyway the staff were courteous and attentive.will stay again sometime in the future.

Fabulous hotel right in the heart of the city.
Pros:

The room was gorgeous, with a fabulous view of the Customs House clock Tower.
The shower head was absolutely divine. Like standing under a waterfall.
The styling, the staff, the little treats on arrival, the carpet, the lounge. It was all just gorgeous. Parking is easy, directly under the building. The hotel has a 'family run' feel to it; very welcoming.

We were very satisfied with our stay.

Can’t wait to stay again
Pros:

Perfect location, so clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful . Even had a hand written welcome note with some lollies.

A perfect stay
Pros:

Easy check in, staff gave warm welcome and so friendly and professional. Welcome gift was so lovely. Rooms so beautiful and spacious. I would highly recommend this motel. Close to many restaurants and cafes.

Comfortable cloud like beds and central location can’t beat it for a family.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable. I’d definitely recommend as one of the best places to stay in Newcastle and will be back. Thanks to the dream team staff members who were great to communicate with and made us feel welcome and comfortable for our stay.

Pros:

Great location, well appointed and modern rooms and friendly staff. BYO EV charger availability, just advise them.

Cons:

If I had to pick on anything.. Air conditioning needs a clean, it had that smell when then need a good clean, a kinda slight mouldy smell.
