A perfect stay
Pros:

Easy check in, staff gave warm welcome and so friendly and professional. Welcome gift was so lovely. Rooms so beautiful and spacious. I would highly recommend this motel. Close to many restaurants and cafes.

Comfortable cloud like beds and central location can’t beat it for a family.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable. I’d definitely recommend as one of the best places to stay in Newcastle and will be back. Thanks to the dream team staff members who were great to communicate with and made us feel welcome and comfortable for our stay.

Pros:

Great location, well appointed and modern rooms and friendly staff. BYO EV charger availability, just advise them.

Cons:

If I had to pick on anything.. Air conditioning needs a clean, it had that smell when then need a good clean, a kinda slight mouldy smell.

Pros:

Comfortable, but not ideal for a family
Pros:

Loved the beds and location was amazing! Parking was also very easy

Cons:

There were multiple things broken in our room. Dryer dial and in room phone + coffee machine. The tv also had limited channels

We had a wonderful time, and so glad we chose this place to stay at!
Pros:

Location was perfect for us. Literally across the road from where we had an event to attend.
The Queens Wharf light rail is just a few metres down the road, along with restaurants and cafes and a Woolworths all within easy walking distance.
The one bedroom apartment we got was comfortable in size, clean, and quiet.

The hotel was in a good location, had good facilities including a laundry and helpful staff.

Cons:

Strong smell of bleach when we arrived. Good to know the rooms had been cleaned but had to open the sliding door all afternoon and evening to get rid of the smell. No fly screens so moths came in. Also very noisy with door open.
