Always great!
Pros:

I have stayed many times for work and always it is excellent! Great staff. Comfy beds. Large rooms. Good kitchen facilities so self catering is easy. Easy to get to and well located within Newcastle CBD.

I love the location of this property and the small things the staff do to make you feel at home from when you open the door I.e. music playing in your room, air con on, a personalised note and lolly bag!

Great location, really helpful staff but I feel that there needs to be some revamping ..

Convenient location, helpful staff and nice to have free sweeties in reception.

Cons:

It’s tired and needs revamping, our room was in need of a good paint job and the curtains need a clean.. the shower certainly needed re-grouting and a clean shower surround.

perfect close to all amenities
Pros:

Fabulous hotel right in the heart of the city.
Pros:

The room was gorgeous, with a fabulous view of the Customs House clock Tower.
The shower head was absolutely divine. Like standing under a waterfall.
The styling, the staff, the little treats on arrival, the carpet, the lounge. It was all just gorgeous. Parking is easy, directly under the building. The hotel has a 'family run' feel to it; very welcoming.

We were very satisfied with our stay.
