Pros:

Nice quiet room. Very helpful staff.
Very good buffet breakfast and Ira was a really good host in the breakfast room each morning. We were there for six nights and each morning we were greeted with a big smile from Ira and the staff at breakfast. Does this girl ever have a day off? She was still there each evening!! Long hours!!
Excellent stay with location very good for sight seeing and shopping and eating.

Pros:

It was a good place to stay. The staff, Demirie, Irada and all others were wonderful, friendly, helped us and guided us in many aspects.
They did everything they could. While i have read few reviews from past guests, I feel most those reviews that complained seemed not valid as the guests should understand that the owners, the staff try to do best to accomodate different types of people. It is difficult to meet everyone's needs but I saw everything good.

Likes: Beautiful large room, large balcony with wicker table and chairs set, very clean, couldn't have asked for a betted location, great shopping (even with the Grand Bazaar closed for Eid)

Dislikes: Bathroom very small and cramped, dated and in need of some TLC, wasn't really a lobby as such, due to its location felt more like walking into a shop

The service throughout the hotel was top-notch — friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. Every request was met promptly, and we genuinely felt valued as a guest.

A special shoutout goes to Murat, our driver, who was absolutely fantastic. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the area. Murat made our transportation seamless and added a personal touch that made a big difference. His warm personality and helpfulness truly stood out.

家族4人で7連泊しました。2ベッド、2バスルームの２部屋続き(ファミリータイプ）を予約したはずなのに、実際は2ベッドの部屋とダブルベット1台の部屋でした。ベッドは3台しかありませんでした。朝食が豊富で美味しい。いまのイスタンブールの物価は高いので、様々なトルコ旅行を朝食で楽しめたのはかなりありがたかったです。スタッフの女の子が感じ良くて快適に過ごさせていただきました。

Pros:

Istanbul is compact near the main sites. Even walking to the ferries is only 1 mile. The hotel is easy to find. It's clean and while not brand new, very well run. The staff is superb. Breakfast is great. Lots of choices.

Great Hotel, professional ans superb hospitality

From my check-in to check-out everything was great. I’ve arrived very early at the hotel, Mr Kamuran was at the reception (hotel manager) he welcomed me with a great smile, his very friendly and professional. Mr Kamuran has offered me to upgraded my room for free of charge 🙏. Breakfast at hotel is a traditional Turkish breakfast, you can’t go wrong with Turkish breakfast anyway. My room was quite big with balcony, really nice and clean. During my stay every single hotel staff was asking me if there was anything more they could do. Hotel is at a very central location, it’s walking distance to all amenities, Hagia Sophia mosque, blue mosque and topkapi place is 5 mins walking distance, public transport (tram) is 5 mins walking distance, grand bazaar is walking distance too. Most of hotel staff speaks English, some speak Russian and Arabic as well, it’s easy to communicate. I like to thank all hotel staff for their great hospitality and professional service. Pros:

We stayed in room 507.. it has a balcony where you can look to Hagia Sophia. Very quiet, comfortable bed. Breakfast room very cosy, good choice of food, excellent staff.
10 minutes walk to the main attractions.
Dimitri is a great manager, helpful with local information and tours without being pushy!
Also Richard, the night manager, was very welcoming.
