Renovation Information (2026)
Please note that renovation works will take place in spring 2026. The entrance area in front of the hotel will be renovated during spring 2026. Some rooms may be affected by noise. The reception area will be renovated from October until December 2026. The entrance will be clearly signposted during this time. From then onwards, the hotel will operate with self check-in. The lobby bar will be open during the daytime, and staff will be available to assist guests if needed.

Pros:

Good clean shared facilities. Great breakfast!! definitely saved money with this! Comfy beds with great view and lovely staff!

Cons:

Room slightly small, with noise in the hallway travelling far, but not many guest on our floor during off- season, so it was okay!

Un excelente lugar, personal amable, totalmente céntrico.
Piezas con todo lo necesario, camas muy cómodas un hotel realmente bueno
El día que no tuvimos que ir, no dieron un box para desayunar, un detalle importante. Además todo estaba delicioso
Si bien nuestra habitación era con baño compartido todo estaba muy limpio, realmente nunca se notó.

Should I ever be in Interlaken again, this will be my first choice of hotel to book.
Pros:

The 5th floor at the hotel, I believe is a hidden gem, absolutely beautiful and far more than I imagined. The room was clean, bed was extremely comfortble. Breakfast was amazing so much choice , and exceptional food.

Cons:

For me, there was nothing to not like.

Zum fünften Mal im Hotel Interlaken und es fühlt sich jedes Mal wie nach Hause kommen an!
Check-in wieder super freundlich (man kennt uns schon fast beim Namen 😊), Zimmer sauber, gemütlich, mit dem tollen Bergblick und bequemem Bett – genau wie immer.
Das Frühstück ist nach wie vor klasse: frischer Kaffee, gute Auswahl an Brot, Croissants, Käse & Co. – perfekt zum Stärken vor der nächsten Jungfrau-Tour oder einem Spaziergang durch Interlaken.
Das Personal ist herzlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage unschlagbar: nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zum Interlaken Ost Bahnhof, Hoheweg und den Seen. Historischer Charme mit modernem Komfort – Preis-Leistung bleibt top.
