Renovation Information (2026)
Please note that renovation works will take place in spring 2026. The entrance area in front of the hotel will be renovated during spring 2026. Some rooms may be affected by noise. The reception area will be renovated from October until December 2026. The entrance will be clearly signposted during this time. From then onwards, the hotel will operate with self check-in. The lobby bar will be open during the daytime, and staff will be available to assist guests if needed.

We had a fantastic stay at 5th Floor Basic Rooms in Interlaken! Although the bathrooms and toilets are shared, they were always clean and well maintained. Our room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was well prepared, and the free parking was a great bonus.
The view over Interlaken was absolutely stunning. For the price, this accommodation offers excellent value for money. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and we would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Excellent choice for a short stay.
Pros:

Incredible location right at the heart of Interlaken with only a few minutes' walk away from Interlaken Ost train station. The room was clean, the bathroom, even though shared was available when we needed it and was spacious and clean. Breakfast was outstanding.

房間非常可愛漂亮，雖然住的地方就在5樓，但早餐都是整棟共用的，非常好吃！而且櫃檯人員非常親切，我們抵達時，直接讓我們提早入住！雖然是共用廁所，但都非常的乾淨！而且都有行李寄存的服務喲～

有電梯！但到5樓的時候是沒有的唷，大家還是要從4樓搬行李至5樓～

Very stuffy inside the room. Only small room with one fan. No place to keep luggage. No water bottle and u need to use staircase from 4th to 5th floor .
