Location was amazing close to what we wanted to see- lots of 7 elevens and Lawsons helpful for stuff we forgot to pick up. Close to all attractions and wasn't far from the subway and station! bed was really comfy and place was so clean no faults!

a 8 minute or so walk from shinsekai (food, bars, karoake). a lot of convenient stores in walking distance (closest 7/11 is a 6 or so minute walk). dotonbori is a 40-ish minute walk, or a 12 minute walk and a 5 minute train away. about 16 minute walk and a single train away from shin osaka station if coming or leaving via shinkansen. self check in process is easy, can change the language on it. check out process is just returning the keys. there is a baggage area in the lobby to lock up / hold it. check in is unavailable until the check in time. has a vending machine on the first floor, with a machine next to it for free coffee/tea/water. the room had a washing machine with some laundry detergent with air drying rack, which helped with the 6 day stay. owner speaks very good english as well.

Cons:

you may not fit in the shower comfortably if youre taller than 5’9, im 5’10 and hit the roof of the shower area. the shower head is maybe at 5’5 or lower so you have to bend, or just hold it.

The staff was very nice, helpful and we get to change our towels every day. The location is very good, close to supermarket and subway station.

The extra bed was right next to the window which makes it very very cold at night.

Pros:

체크인 과정, 짐보관, 청결도 등등 다 만족스러웠습니다. 저희는 걷는 걸 좋아하는 편이라 번화가에서 조금 떨어져있는게 오히려 오가며 동네구경도 하고 좋았어요. 청소를 따로 안해주시지만 객실내에 세탁기가 있어 셀프로 세탁할 수 있는 점 또한 저는 더 좋았네요ㅎㅎ 여름이라 바로바로 옷 세탁하고 싶었는데 너무 좋았어요! 욕실 또한 깨끗했고, 환풍시설이 잘 되어 있어 물기가 빠르게 마르더라구요. 조용하고 체크아웃 이후에 짐보관도 너무 편하고 아주 만족스러웠습니다! 다음에 오사카에 재방문한다면 또 숙박하고 싶은 곳이에요.

크게 없었지만 걷는걸 싫어하시는 분이라면 여행하기에 위치가 조금 떨어져있다고 느끼실 수도 있습니다. 전 좋았어요!ㅎㅎㅎ
