Pros:

Gostei da estrutura, o apartamento tinha tudo que é necessário para uma acomodação, e estava bem limpo.

Cons:

Foi informado que se chegássemos antes do horário do check in, poderíamos deixar as nossas malas no lobby, porém em nenhum momento foi dito que o prédio só tem funcionários a partir das 10hs. Então, chegamos às 8h30 e não conseguimos entrar no lobby e nem conversar com ninguém do staff. Sugiro que seja informado isso no ato da reserva para evitar falha de comunicação.

Comfy and well equipped room
Pros:

Managed to find this place for a good deal. It was well equipped with kitchenette and washing machine. Toilet was clean and came with toiletries. Bed was comfy and the room so cozy, on some days I just wanna sleep in and enjoy the room. You can ask for change of towels and have to take out your own trash. They even have charging ports by the bed. Location was like a 6-7 min to ebisucho, which wasn't that much of an issue to me. Easy to get around to places. At night if you are hungry, walk about 7 mins and you are in the shinsekai alleys. Would stay here again if I could. Was actually sad to go home!

Cons:

Nothing much.just wish they had clothes pegs for drying of clothes and maybe a set of PJs but it's not that much of a big deal

Pros:

Super option! Au niveau du quartier, l'immeuble se trouve dans une avenue à cinq minutes de la tour de Shinsekai. Ce n'est pas le centre d'Osaka, mais c'est un quartier vivant. Avec des options pour manger, faire ses courses et des petites boutiques. À l'entrée de l'immeuble, il y a des IPAD pour faire le check-in et le check-out. À l'heure du check-in, un membre du personnel est présent pour aider. On a pris la chambre de quatre, alors que nous étions deux, et c'était très spacieux pour nous. Le studio est moderne, super bien aménagé (kitchennette, bain, machine à laver, télé avec services de streaming), propre et lumineux. La vue donnait sur la rue mais ce n'était pas dérangeant, et bien insonnorisé. Pour les fumeurs, il y a un espace fumeur dans la cage d'escalier.
