Amazing host, amazing stay.
Pros:

A very warm welcome from the host. Great value for money. We were given free shuttle to the airport at 5:15am which helped. Small but cozy rooms with air con.

Accueil vraiment sympathique. Avec une bonne bière fraîche offerte par le patron. Les chambres sont fonctionnelles, avec Clim eau chaude etc..rien ne manque. Pas les plus belles mais vraiment très pratique pour une arrivée ou un départ pour l’aéroport. Départ à 4h du matin pour l.aeroport très bien organisé. On peut dormir tranquille, la prise en charge est impeccable.

Wonderful owner
Pros:

Super helpful owner, who is always there to help. He arranged tuktuk for Negombo beach at local rate, and also gave printout before early morning flight. I wanted to ensure I reach airport, and he dropped us early in the morning at exact time with his car. Then he went back to drop more people for later flight.

Cons:

The rooms are made from tin/metal which gets hot during day, even with AC.. Rooms are small too. Considering the price and service, I think its fine for 1 night before flying.

Pros:

This was the perfect stay for our early morning flight. The room was extremly clean, had air conditioning, shower with warm water and a comfortable bed. The owner and his team were extremly nice, helped us with our luggge, cooked an incredible dinner and transported us to the airport at 4:45 the next morning. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone that needs a clean, safe stay next to Colombo Airport!

super accueil. le personnel est chaleureux, sympathique, disponible. la chambre était impeccable au niveau de la propreté. emplacement à 5 mn en taxis de l aéroport. le transport en taxis est assuré par l hôtel. très bon rapport qualité prix.

Je to jednoznačně nejhorší ubytování, kde jsem byl po 30 dnech na Srí Lance! Fotky jsou zavádějící, neodpovídají skutečnosti! Vypadá to jako někde ve skladu. Plechový hnusný garáže. Všude díry, žádná izolace, vše je slyšet. Takže i když je někdo na záchodě vedle v ubytování máte pocit, že je u vás.
Snídaně na fotce jako, že švédský stůl, ale realita je úplně jinde. Jo a ten hezký bazén na fotce je ve skutečnosti 2x2m u vjezdu.
Prostě nedoporučuji!!

Practical place to stay in the (very) close vicinity of the airport
Pros:

Great and convenient spot to spend the night after a late arrival to, or before an early departure from Colombo airport. The advertised pick up service was impeccable - everything worked perfectly. Very easy communication with the owner, who is really friendly, generous and helpful. Our room was clean and practical. Delicious breakfast. Additionally, if you like cats, you might be in for a treat at this place...

Pros:

Excellent location, very close to the airport. We arrived at 11pm and were collected for free within 15 minutes.
On arrival, we received a cold beer,fresh bananas and a warm welcome.

The chalets are small but perfect for one night after or before flying. Equipped with a bed, bathroom and WiFi you are all set!

Breakfast was freshly cooked eggs, toast and fruit. The owner is a super friendly guy and I highly recommend

Great convenient stay
Pros:

Great location with a very welcoming host who provided dinner at a very reasonable price and an early morning (5am) taxi ride to the airport. Great way to round off our trip to Sri Lanka!

The accommodation is simple and functional - sufficient for getting some sleep and a shower.
