Pros:

Un buen lugar con zonas agradables para conocer gente, el personal muy atento y amable

Cons:

La habitación que nos toco olía mucho a sifón, como el baño está en la habitación, la ventilación tenía un problema y el olor de las cañerías era muy fuerte

Großes Zimmer, freundliches Personal (wenn man jemanden antrifft)

Cons:

Wir haben Frühstück dazu gebucht aber das war nicht wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Es gab Ei und ein kleines Weckerl. An einem Tag gab es gar kein Frühstück und kein Personal war an der Rezeption oder im Restaurant und auch auf Whatsapp hat niemand reagiert.

Pros:

Gute Lage, Bank, Busstation und Essensmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. Verlängerung des Aufenthalts kein Problem.

+ Sehr tolle Dachterrasse
+ Gutes Frühstück, dafür, dass es inklusive im Preis war

Cons:

- extrem laut, man hört ALLES der anderen Gäste inkl. Klogang etc
- extrem helle Zimmer, die man nicht abdunkeln konnte was sehr ungesund für den Schlaf ist
- Betten waren nicht so stabil
- kaltes Wasser bei der Dusche

Pros:

L'emplacement et l'accueil de Santiago et Nathalie.

Cons:

Le manque de sourire de Jody et la poubelle des toilettes pas vidées très limité au point vue hygiène. Le petit déjeuner difficile de l'avoir à 8h comme précisé navrant quand un uber nous attend.

Dejamos nuestros morrales mientras salimos al centro histórico y tomaron nuestro dinero. Confiamos en el hotel y no revisamos por tema de tiempo. Cuando ingresamos a Ipiales no teníamos el dinero en pesos y dólares. Este hotel de pésimas instalaciones debe ser sancionado,

La ubicaciónl

Cons:

1. El desayuno es muy simple
2. Víspera de año nuevo el personal del hotel estaba en estado de embriaguez e ingresó al cuarto donde dormíamos tranquilamente
3. MÁS Importante, en la descripción dice que tiene parqueadero y no es del todo cierto, te cubre solo la noche del vehículo en el día tienes que pagar el parqueadero.

Seriously lacking ‘vibes’
Pros:

Location was good because near other hostels with better atmosphere to hang out in.

Cons:

Dog locked in shed on the roof barking for long periods of time.
Just no atmosphere, no rooftop fire pit and bar as described (was there but not open), no staff around to offer support/advice/tours.

Pas cher.
Pros:

Le personnel est serviable. On a pu stationner notre voiture pour la journée (5$). C’était un peu plus rassurant.

Cons:

Notre chambre donnait sur la rue qui était très bruyante (musique très forte, motos, voitures). On a quand même bien dormi, on était très fatigué.
Il faisait froid, la température de la douche était aléatoire. La tv ne fonctionnait pas. L’hôtel était vide ou presque et tourne au minimum.
