Am Anfang letzen Jahres ( 2025), war ich für ein Wochenende Gast im Haus 54,ich war begeistert und habe aufgrund dessen
Pros:

Sehr gute zentrale Lage,nur wenige Minuten zum Strand sowie zum Einkaufen.
Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich ein ganz toller Spielplatz!

Cons:

Das bereit gestellte Zimmer war nicht sonderlich sauber (bei Anreise),die Mülleimer werden nur alle drei Tage geleert (was schon sehr Grenzwertig ist wenn man mit einem Kleinkind reist,welches noch Windeln benötigt). Unser essen was wir im Kühlschrank gelagert haben wurde zwei mal geklaut/entsorgt (trotz Beschriftung,so wie es gewünscht wurde). Der Aufenthaltsraum auf der Etage konnte nicht genutzt werden (hier befanden sich jedoch die ganzen Gesellschaftsspiele,Bücher,Spielsachen für die Kinder). Das personal war sehr unfreundlich,besonders die Frau die sich um das Frühstück gekümmert hat,Speisen und Getränke waren alle und auf Nachfrage,wann es nachgefüllt wird „Pampte“ sie unseren Sohn an (er wollte nur Apfelsaft und hat höflich nachgefragt). Zum Wochenende war das Haus 45 mit mehreren Gästen belegt und dafür war die Essenmenge nicht ausreichend gewesen (auf Brot/Brötchen sowie Obst/Gemüse und Getränke) mussten man lange warten bis es nachgelegt bzw. aufgefüllt wurde. Im Haus nebenan befindet sich eine Unterkunft für Flüchtlinge…Es war sehr laut (bis spät in die Nacht) und der Geruch/ Gestank aus den Mülltonnen der Unterkunft zieht in die Zimmer.

Tolles Haus, super Lage und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter/- innen
Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Konzept des Hauses mit den Etagenküchen und den Lounges ist absolut überzeugend!! Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist sehr ansprechend, sauber und funktional !!
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich um alles sofort.

Alles in Allem okay aber nicht perfekt.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war zwar gut aber die Auswahl war zumindest was Wurst und Käse angeht war nicht so toll. Ausserdem wäre es schön gewesen wenn die Brötchen nicht so weiß gewesen wären und etwas besser aufgebacken würden.
Besonders für den Preis hätte das Frühstück etwas Reichhaltiger und Abwechslungsreicher sein können.

Cons:

Der Preis und die Parkplätze sollten inklusive sein.

Sehr zuvorkommendes Service-Personal.
Frühstücksbuffet sehr ansprechend mit kaltem Kräuterwasser passend zum Wetter und Holunderblütengelee - findet man nicht oft. Keine Mücken im Zimmer, dank Fliegenfenster. Kaffee und kalte Getränke im Eingangsbereich. Ruhiger Garten mit genügend Sitzgelegenheiten. Bücherecke.
