O quarto não era muito grande em comparação com outros alojamentos em que estivemos. Mas não foi um problema. Era na mesmo muito confortável.
Hotel immerso in una autentica via di Xi’an , lontano dal caotico traffico.
Posizione centrale rispetto alla città, 10 minuti a piedi. Camera piccolina ma confortevole e pulita.
Il personale è cortese e parla bene l’inglese.
Inoltre è possibile prendere gratuitamente bevande, frutta e snack nella hall in qualsiasi momento della giornata.
Colazione continentale con poche alternative.
Inoltre, ho chiesto un cappuccino ma non mi è stato preparato, nonostante la presenza del bar.
Amazing helpfull staff. Very near the Metro station, about a 10minutes walk. Next to the hotel a nice Bar, as well a nice Hotpot Restaurant we went. On a quiet street, really good location. Also good (international) Breakfast.

Todo. Nada que envidiar a un hotel de 5 estrellas. Estaba todo limpio, ordenado y cuidado. Baño limpísimo y colchones muy cómodos. El personal muy amale y encantador, y hasta me prepararon el desayuno en una bolsa al irme antes. Además,me dejaron hacer el check in antes de tiempo, al estar la habitación disponible, así como guardar la maleta al hacer el check out. Volvería sin dudarlo.
Everything was great. Friendly staff, super helpful. Comfortable and complimentary fruit and coffee all day. Close to key sights.
Nothing.
1. I could connect to reception on WeChat and send them messages on that without having to leave my room. Since Wechat translates for me, that made it quite convenient.
2. The staff at reception could speak a bit of English which was helpful.
3. Free snacks and drinks (soft drinks, water and coffee) in the reception area which you could help yourself to throughout the day between certain hours.
4. The free breakfast was really good and there was a decent amount of choice - buns, eggs, sausage, bacon, potato wedges, cereal, toast, veggies, juices, tea and coffee. I was told it was between 7.30 to 10am but when i went down at 7.30am each morning i would often find there are people already eating breakfast so wondering if i was given the wrong information at check in.
5. Fancy toilet which heats up and has all the extra washing functions
6. Instead of a physical tv, they have a projector so you can watch tv on the wall ,which was pretty cool.

2. The room was a bit small and the only area i could open my suitcase was in front of the bed
3. The flooring and furnishings was a bit old and worn out
4. There is no sign which you could put in front of your door if you didn't want to be disturbed. I ended up messaging reception on Wechat and they responded pretty quickly and passed on the message to their cleaners.

Laten zien hoe zorgvuldig iedereen/het personeel daar is… echt enorm attent.

Es agradable, limpísimo, el personal es muy atento: nos ayudaron a recuperar un pasaporte que perdimos al salir de la estación, nos proporcionaron información para coger el autobús que va a los guerreros de Terracota. El desayuno con buena calidad de productos. La habitación llena de detalles que la hacen cómoda dentro de la sobriedad característica del estilo Tang.
