A lovely small well-presented friendly hotel.

Hotel bien placé, très propre. Décoration sobre japonisante et de bon goût. Des boissons des fruits et gâteaux à disposition toute la journée.
L'accueil. Nous avons été accueillis par une jeune femme très agréable et compétente, malheureusement contrariée par un homme odieux qui lui donnait des ordres déplacés.
Cet homme a été incroyablement impoli à notre égard. De même, dans le bar de l'autre côté de la rue qui appartient à l'hôtel et dans lequel nous sommes invités à aller prendre un verre, l'accueil est glacial et impoli.
La chambre est assez confortable mais beaucoup trop petite pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. Aucun espace de rangement. Vue désagréable.
Super nice Inn with very friendly staff. The Inn is very clean and you basically have everything you need.
You can literally see how much thought and love they have put into the hotel/interior.
I recommend everyone to stay here.

This hostel was great- the free breakfast and daily drinks were amazing and the staff was very friendly. Everything was so clean and comfortable, and the location was great, close to some yummy places to eat and within the city walls
The room was slightly small for 4 people, so it was a bit of a squeeze

Loved all the free drinks (coffee drinks, tea, beer/wine, snacks, fruits) and yummy breakfast. Staff was helpful and nice. The interior decor was calming and relaxing, comfortable! Loved all the public spaces as well and nice toiletries. Good location!
A very charming hotel! We arrived at 9:00 AM and our room wasn’t ready yet, but they kindly offered us a free upgrade to a room that was already available — really appreciated. The atmosphere is very calm and zen. Drinks in the fridge at reception (Coke, water, Fanta, etc.) are free, plus one complimentary coffee per day and a free drink during happy hour at the pub across the street.
They were also incredibly kind and helpful: we had forgotten a precious necklace, and they sent it to us right away. We received it the very next day at our hotel — 800 kilometers away! A huge thank you to the team.

Eine gut gelegene Unterkunft mit freundlichen Personal und einer schönen Ausstattung. Toll, dass man seine Wäsche waschen darf, aber wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist, will das gut geplant sein, denn der Waschraum wird um 22 Uhr geschlossen und nicht alle Gäste sind so nachsichtig ihre Wäsche direkt wieder mitzunehmen. Um die Ecke sind die relevanten Sehenswürdigkeiten und tatsächlich auch ein tolles, unscheinbares Kaufhaus, in dem man tolle Andenken kaufen kann, fernab der Touristen-Hot-Spots (z.B. Räucherstäbchen, Duftkissen, Jade-/Gold-/Zinnober-Schmuck). Es ist in der Nähe des Drum/Bell Towers gegenüber der Kaiyuan Shopping Mall 开元商城 (circa 34.2612583, 108.9446495). Achtung: Auch hier wird auf Google vieles versetzt angezeigt.
Alles war sehr schön, insbesondere für ein Hostel. Lediglich bei der Waschmaschine könnte das Personal ein Auge darauf haben, dass Wäsche nach dem Waschgang/ Trocknen auch immer zeitnah abgeholt wird.
The minute you walk into this place you feel at home and fall in love! I was lucky to know about this place after a recommendation from a friend who had a wonderful experience. I booked for one night and really wished I could extend my stay. Everything was amazing and the details in the room and amenities were simply perfect. It’s a cozy place and the room is super comfortable with everything you need in it. The place offers amazing breakfast and snacks at night as well. Really really recommend the place. 🥹❤️
