I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly welcoming and very happy to help. The location was very easy to get around I really enjoyed my stay and felt relaxed throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable place to stay and look forward to come back again

We had a very disappointing experience staying at this hostel. The room was in an unacceptable condition: it was dirty, there was an unbearable smell, the ceiling was damaged, and the sofa was broken. We did not feel comfortable or safe staying there, so we had no choice but to book another hotel at our own expense.

Unfortunately, we were refused a refund. When we asked for our money back, the owner claimed they had "lost revenue" because of our cancellation. However, this did not add up. The following day, as we walked past the hostel, there was a "No Vacancies" sign hanging on the door, which suggested the hostel was fully booked. This made the explanation we were given seem inconsistent.

Overall, we felt misled and treated unfairly. The condition of the accommodation was far below what was advertised, and the lack of willingness to resolve the issue professionally made the experience even worse. I would not recommend staying here.

Never go to Backpackers

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and fell far below the standard we expected.

From the moment we entered the room, there was a strong unpleasant smell. The room was also in a poor state of repair. The ladder on the bunk bed was broken, making it unsafe to use, especially for children. We also found blood stains on the bed sheets, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene.

In addition, part of the ceiling was damaged, and there were visible gaps around the plug sockets. As we were staying with children, this was particularly worrying as it posed a potential electrical safety hazard.
