Pros:

Nice and quiet local to all shops food shops things to do are really close

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable and wasn't charged from last visitors but would of liked a bigger room as i had to share a bed with my son. It was very quiet which was good

Wouldn’t recommend for a family stay
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

When we got to room it was smelly of damp then there was fruit flies and after sleeping 3 nights we got flee bitten every where the windows didn’t lock and unsafe for children as they low to the flow

Rat infested
Pros:

Staff member was lovely and tried everything to help with the issue

Cons:

Stayed in the apartment at the very bottom stunk of damp and could hear rats all night have photos and videos of the rats being within the hotel in the laundry room next door in large numbers
Them being outside I could get but not indoors
Have added a couple photos of rats indoors as videos can’t be uploaded here

Cons:

It had a bad smell plus there were no where to put ur clothes & when you had a shower there no where to put shampoo and conditioner and soap plus carpets were bad plus we had room 12 when u looked out the window at dark my granddaughter & her pal seen mice or rats down on another building plus lots of black bags out where the were

❌The room smelled strongly of spoiled food upon arrival.

❌The mini-fridge was uncleaned and infested with food flies.

❌Towels supplied in the room were visibly dirty/stained.

❌Housekeeping quality control is non-existent, and customer service only offered minimal compensation after failing to provide a clean environment.

Final verdict:
If you value your health and personal comfort, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere. As the old saying goes, "buy cheap, pay twice" you are much better off spending a little extra for a reputable hotel than dealing with dirty towels, odours, and flies in the fridge!

Pros:

Superb......The main man on reception couldn't of been nicer. Class location as well especially if ur going the darts which we was the Winter Gardens entrance is 100 yards away.
