Please note that clients between the ages of 8 and 14 must be accompanied by an adult during their access to the spa, during special hours from 10:00 to 11:00 and from 17:00 to 18:00. Children under 8 years old cannot access the spa. The spa is open every day from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00. Reservations of more than 5 rooms have additional conditions and supplements. The hotel allows pets up to a maximum weight of 9 kg with a supplement of 10 euros per pet per night.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. the location is beautiful, looking out over the golfcourse. The cleaning of the rooms every day is fantastic. Staff everywhere is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and evening meals are ok. A very nice golf course.
There is a big chipping green on the other side of the driving range but you are not allowed to use it. ( only for pro’s). So for greenfee players there is no chipping green while it stays unused most of the time.

Am ersten von 2 Tagen Aufenthalt wurde uns kurz und knapp mitgeteilt, dass das SPA ‚heute geschlossen‘ sei. Das war etwas frustrierend, da es für uns ein wesentlicher Grund für die Buchung war. Allgemein war das Personal zwar korrekt, aber etwas mehr Freundlichkeit oder vielleicht Freude am Job könnte nicht schaden. Da sonst alles sehr gut war trotzdem guter bis sehr guter Gesamteindruck.
From start to finish - our stay was perfect. My daughter and I wanted a break away to relax and unwind and Valle de Este delivered on every front.
Check-in staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable.
We enjoyed the spa facilities (the view out to the mountains is unreal) followed by a wonderful massage.
Then dinner was great too, with a good selection of fresh, tasty and high quality options.
We slept soundly and then enjoyed a hearty breakfast before leaving (which I really didn't want to do)
I can only say I recommend the place without hesitation and can't wait to return as soon as I possibly can.

Hay gente de los huéspedes que no respetaban las zonas comunes molestando a los demás a nosotros nos molestaron en la piscina, ya que nos tiraron las cosas de la hamaca y rompiéndome la pantalla del teléfono por respeto no dije nada, ya que eran cinco personas y nosotros éramos mi mujer y yo y los niños
no funcionaba el aire acondicionado ni la tele
Excelente desayuno. El personal genial, animadores y socorrista haciendo las tardes súper entretenidas en la piscina. El spa también nos gustó mucho.
Es la segunda vez que volvemos y no será la última
