Es un hotel precioso,tranquilo,ubicado dentro de una urbanización con vigilancia,puedes aparcar en la calle fuera del hotel.esta muy bien pero lejos de 5 estrellas que tiene,más bien un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Cons:

El spa me pareció un poco pequeño ,tiene 2 saunas,2 chorros de agua y un pequeño jacuzzi en la parte de vestuario femenino y lo mismo en el vestuario masculino,pero se puede mezclar la gente,lo peor es que se paga 20 euros por una hora.cuenta con piscina climatizada,muy buen aspecto pero en sábado por la mañana la agua estaba fría,aparte que no me gustó es que la gente no lleva gorras y en la agua ves pelos flotando,se ve perfectamente en los focos de luz montados dentro de la piscina.De la habitación que he escogido doble Deluxe no cuenta con bidé,el portapapel estaba ubicado en el peor sitio del baño.el resto perfecto,limpio,amplio,cómodo,equipamiento de diez,cuenta con plancha,pantalla grande,cama comodísima,mini bar,todo perfecto.

„Dieses Hotel wird als 5-Sterne-Anlage beworben, erfüllt aber in keiner Weise diesen Standard.

Der gesamte Außen- und Poolbereich ist sichtbar vernachlässigt: stark verschmutzte und teilweise verschimmelte Liegen, Flecken auf Polstern, dreckige Glasflächen sowie ungepflegte Anlagen. Auch im Pool selbst waren Verschmutzungen und Ablagerungen erkennbar.

Besonders schwerwiegend sind jedoch die Sicherheitsmängel:
Im Poolbereich befinden sich offene Stromkästen, deren Türen nicht gesichert waren. In unmittelbarer Nähe spielten Kinder. Es bestand jederzeit die reale Gefahr, dass ein Kind Zugriff auf elektrische Anlagen erhält. Das ist ein akuter Sicherheitsverstoß und absolut inakzeptabel.

Zusätzlich sind verrostete und beschädigte Bodenabdeckungen vorhanden, die ein erhebliches Verletzungsrisiko darstellen.

Die tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten entsprechen zudem nicht den Bildern auf Booking.com. Die dort dargestellten gepflegten Liegen und Bereiche existieren in diesem Zustand nicht mehr.

Insgesamt entsteht der Eindruck einer ungepflegten und sicherheitskritischen Anlage. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel nicht akzeptabel.“ „Aufgrund der Sicherheitsmängel und der erheblichen Abweichung von der Beschreibung werde ich den Fall zusätzlich direkt bei Booking.com melden.“ Leider kann ich nur 4 Fotos hochladen. Bei Bedarf ich habe etliche!!!!!!!
