Definitiv kein 5 Sterne Hotel. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Ich würde nicht nochmal dort buchen für den Preis.
Pros:

Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel,
Die Zimmer waren sauber

Cons:

Der Spa Bereich hatte 3 von 5 Tagen geschlossen.

Guest relation war sehr unfreundlich.

Pros:

Brilliant choice for breakfast, stylish modern rooms and friendly staff. A very luxurious vibe without the excessive pricetag.

Una estancia magnífica 🥰
Pros:

L’hôtel est magnifique avec un cadre authentique et conservé, et d’une propreté irréprochable.
Les chambres sont immenses et le confort de la literie est indiscutable. A cela s’ajoute des équipements qui rendent le séjour encore plus agréable, comme la baignoire spa en plus de la douche et des WC séparés.
Le personnel très accueillant, et le petit déjeuner en buffet très varié, contribuent fortement à cette pause bonheur, bien que hors saison.
Un emplacement idéal pour naviguer entre Cartagena & Alicante, si vous arrivez à quitter les transats aux bords de la piscine 😋

Cons:

Fumeurs, Attention : il n’est pas permis de fumer aux balcons.
Les lois Espagnoles se sont endurcies depuis peu.
Fort heureusement, ça l’est encore aux terrasses du pub, du bar et du restaurant de l’hôtel.

Chambres très mal entretenu. Sale en dessous du meuble tv sdb joints très sale
Lampe terrasse ne fonctionnait pas.
Trou dans les tentures.
Spa .1 personnes à disposition pour le spa accueil +massage c'est pas normal pour un hôtel soit disant 5 étoiles.

en el bar tardaron mas de 40 min en traernos dos cañas… no nos atendian , pasamos dentro ,y nos atendieron tardando bastante aun, y ademas le trajeron las cosas antes a gente que vino mucho despues…

Great pet friendly hotel, comfy and close to the airport.
Pros:

Fabulous hotel, room very beautifully decorated. Incredibly comfy bed. Pet friendly which is why we chose this hotel ~ bed and bowls for dog in the room too which was great. Close to Murcia airport which was the other reason we chose this hotel. The ceiling fan was an excellent feature in the room. Would definitely book here again. Highly recommend.

Lovely relaxing stay, in a little oasis with very good facilities.
Pros:

It’s a beautiful set-up with all facilitates you can think of.

Cons:

For me it was not 5-star, too many little details that would need more love & care and maintenance for me to be a 5-star hotel, and hence I found the price a bit steep.
