Ok stay.
Pros:

Pool was good. Well maintained and clean though there were beer bottle caps around the pool floor. Staff behaviour was good. Room size was good and clean. Round the clock hot & cold water was available. Bike and car rentals was arranged. Response from the property was prompt. They arranged for an induction stove on request.

Cons:

Not enough charging sockets in the rooms. Kitchenette is name sake. Only 2 utensils were steel. The other 5 are plastic jus like the dog's bowl. No water glass in the room.No electric kettle. Often power fluctuations. far from the beach. No eateries at a walkable distance. The only option is to hire a bike. Most of the channels are to be paid . In the other bedroom there was no TV(though it was mentioned). If you want to book u can do it directly instead of going through booking.com. if there are any discrepancies, both blame each other leaving the customer in difficulty and waste of money.

Stay was good no complaints. The guy who dropped and picked up our luggage was really helpful and nice(Rajan) I guess hi
Pros:

Good location. Was nice view from room.

Cons:

Car parking need to be allocated. Rooms were lacking with amenities ( plates, cutlery & glasses). And personally smart TV’s would be a great.

Ok for a couple of nights nothing more
Pros:

The rooms where big and spacious but are very tired, they have us a interconnecting room, which the neighbours wher extremely loud.
We went one night without any power in main bedroom but they resolved that quite quickly.

Ok for a couple of nights but would not recommend a more then that.

Staff where lovely

Cons:

Pool area absolutely disgusting nothing like the photos at all! No sun loungers all the tables where covered in bird mess. Grass growing out the water overfill around the pool.

Did not state they did not accept card so 2 tuk tuks later and bank charges for me to pay up so room not the price you book after all transport and fees. Booking.com sort this out not fair!

Awesome place to stay
Pros:

The way reception person treated us
I had a infant with me and she use to take care of my baby and send me to eat breakfast
She was very very helpful and friendly

Cons:

Overall der is nothing such I dint like

Pros:

The property was good, but it was inside from the main road

Cons:

If you value your money don’t book it. We gave them 8000 rupees and got facility for 2000 rupees

Underwhelming
Pros:

The staff was courteous but everything about that place was underwhelming. I’ve learnt a valuable lesson about not trusting curated pictures on booking.com

Cons:

I massively overpaid for the property. Apparently there’s a nexus where the locals treat guests differently based on the mode of booking an accommodation. Booking.com is in on it too, it shows inflated prices and misleading pictures. Your customer service was of no help either.
