Pros:

Hotel fajnie położony, cisza i spokój

Cons:

Hotel już bardzo podupadły, byliśmy 6 lat temu i widac różnice na niekorzyść, siłownia nieczynna awaria, gabinety Spa nie działające. Wszystko wymaga już remontu i odświeżenia. Cena powinna już być adekwatna do aktualnych warunków a nadal mocno wywindowana.

Piękno przyrody w koło hotelu . Szum potoków i widok z balkonu na Śnieżkę . Pyszne śniadania i nowoczesny styl hotelu oraz dużo atrakcji dla dzieci i nie tylko.

Cons:

W pokojach pomimo sezonu zimowego grzejniki były zimne po wyjściu z pod prysznica było naprawdę zimno.

1. Kije do bilarda wszystkie bardzo zużyte
2. Rakietki do ping-ponga mocno zużyte, jeden komplet na wyposażeniu- ciągle gdzieś gubił się
3. Mały stół do bilarda - siatki trzymające piłkę wszystkie zużyte, nie trzymały piłki, trzeba ręką było podtrzymywać
4. Sala fitnes- nieczynna, brak takiej informacji na stronie hotelu

Cons:

Czuję się oszukany zarówno przez hotel, jak i przez Booking.com. Zgodnie z ofertą obiektu miały być dostępne: strefa fitness, masaże, strefa wellness, pokój fitness oraz pokój dla dzieci.
Na miejscu okazało się, że pokój fitness był w remoncie i nie można było z niego korzystać, pokój dla dzieci również był niedostępny, a strefa wellness była mocno okrojona – dostępne były jedynie basen i sauna. Masaży ani pełnej strefy wellness, zgodnie z opisem oferty, w rzeczywistości nie było.
Co gorsza, wszystkie te udogodnienia nadal widnieją w ofercie, a także w nowych ofertach wystawianych przez hotel, mimo że faktycznie nie są dostępne. To wprowadzanie gości w błąd. Wybrałem ten obiekt i zapłaciłem określoną cenę właśnie ze względu na te udogodnienia, których finalnie nie otrzymałem.
Uważam, że opis obiektu powinien być zgodny ze stanem faktycznym, a takie praktyki są nieuczciwe wobec klientów. co bylo w ofercie podane
