pokoje zimne i ciemne, strefa spa to jakieś nieporozumienie - wanny jacuzzi brudne, nigdzie nie można znaleźć obsługi żeby o coś dopytać.

Wszystko super, pokoje ładne , lokalizacja bardzo spokojna i blisko do centrum , byliśmy już drugi raz i napewno wrócimy
Woda w jacuzzi mogła by być delikatnie cieplejsza
Hotel w fajnej okolicy, cisza , było gdzie pospacerować szczególnie że byliśmy z pieskiem.
Bardzo dobre jedzenie.
Szkoda ze pianino , które stało w holu było rozstrojone. Ogólnie wszystko było super i pewnie jeszcze tam wrócimy.

Zimna woda w basenie i jacuzzi, specjalnie wydaliśmy więcej żeby nie musieć wychodzić na basen poza miejsce zamieszkania, a tu przykra niespodzianka, basen zimny, jacuzzi zimne.
Została nam tylko sauna z 4 letnim dzieckiem.
Привітний персонал, гарна сауна, смачні сніданки.
Я розчарований, в номері працювало з розеток тільки дві. Потім залишилась працювати тільки одна у ванній. Я залишався всього на три ночі, і хотів відпочити морально, тому не турбував персонал готелю, для виправлень проблем.
Загалом якість доглянутості номеру могла б бути набагато краще. Навряд сюди колись ще повернусь.
