Please note that cleaning is done daily, except Sundays and public holidays. Towels are changed twice a week and bed linen is changed once a week.

Fabulous property with lovely sea views. Great breakfast!
Pros:

The location was great and the apartment exactly what we needed for an overnight stay. Good facilities and the breakfast was lovely. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Lovely pool and pool area too.

Cons:

Possibly needed a little more weed control around the resort.

Ok for a short stay
Pros:

Very friendly staff that was helpful. We needed to do an earlier check-in which worked out flawlessly. The room was spacious and more than enough for three people. We had a coffee in the restaurant next morning and the prizes were reasonable. Didn't have breakfast though.

Cons:

The rooms were quite noisy and you could hear the "neighbors". The bathroom definitely needs a modernization, e.g. the bathroom door clearly showed the impact of humidity. There was a noticeable smell in the room when we came in, which I believe came from the sink or toilet. I personally think that the mattress was very hard.
I tried to contact the Pestana group (not the hotel itself I believe) before our arrival by email to discuss the early checkin. I never received any reply ;-(

Pros:

Tout était à la hauteur de nos espérances nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille et en avons même prolonger notre séjour au Pestana ! Une mention spéciale à Elsa la réceptionniste qui était vraiment adorable ! Le restaurant est très bon !

Vackert hotell, men dålig upplevelse pga. skadedjur
Pros:

Platsen var amazing, personalen var trevlig, pool och tennisbana var väldigt trevligt att ha tillgång till och estetiskt tilltalande.

Cons:

Först hittade de inte våra rum i systemet pga. antingen booking lagt in fel eller att deras system är bristfälligt. Därefter fick vi uppgraderade rum med havsutsikt MEN vi hittade närmare ett dussin kackerlackor bara på tre dagar. Vi var både i receptionen och sa till dem, fyllde i en enkät de skicka ut och frågade om vår vistelse, lämnade dödade kackerlackor framme för städerskan att se OCH skrev ett mail till dem om det utan att få någon respons, ursäkt eller kompensation. Vi hade det därför väldigt svårt att slappna av, sova och använda köket då vi var rädda för ohyran och sjukdomar som de kan sprida. Det var inget heller vi ville få med oss hem så vi kunde inte slappna av någon gån under vistelsen. Såklart förekommer det insekter i varma länder, men så många på så kort tid och utan respons från hotellet gör att vi är besvikna även om själva boendet var vackert och bra placerat.

Byli jsme velmi spokojeni, moc pekné ubytování, chutná večeře i snídane, domek na patro, 2 koupelny.
Pros:

Velmi chutná snídane, dostatečný výber, káva, čaj, džus, kakao, uzeniny, sýry. Domek čistý, nadmíru prostorný, pračka v kuchyni. Parkování motorky přímo u dveří domku. Krásný areál s bazénem a venkovním barem.

Cons:

Není co vytknout, vše bylo ok.

Gradevole soggiorno
Pros:

L'hotel è un resort con appartamenti, piscina, servizi sportivi. Il nostro appartamento era molto ampio, moderno e curato, con una cucina fornita di tutti gli accessori. La colazione varia e la cena ottima. Tutto pulito, personale cortese e disponibile.

Cons:

Il bagno con doccia era piccolissimo, senza bidet, soprattutto rispetto all'ampiezza della camera. Non c'era nemmeno un piano da appoggiare un beauty case. La posizione dell'hotel non consente di raggiungere a piedi il paese, ad esempio per una passeggiata serale. La colazione è servita dalle ore 8, orario secondo noi tardivo. L'ultimo giorno, dovendo fare molti km per raggiungere l'aeroporto, siamo dovuti partire alle 7, rinunciando alla colazione inclusa. Ci hanno fornito un sacchetto con alcune vivande, ma ovviamente non è stata la stessa cosa. Peccato.

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and the apartment was big.

Cons:

Smoke detector over the bed gave off a flashing red light all night long. Also the photos online make it look like the property has good views from communal spaces but the sea views are only from specific apartments and the view was not noted on our room when we made the booking.
