Please note that cleaning is done daily, except Sundays and public holidays. Towels are changed twice a week and bed linen is changed once a week.

Rustige plek met zeezicht, hoog gelegen.
Pros:

vriendelijk personeel in restaurant en receptie. goed ontbijt. restaurant Sal & Tal biedt een uitstekend diner in een knusse atmosfeer. Super schoon buitenzwembad. Uitstekende schoonmaak, Niet alle faciliteiten gebruikt.

Cons:

De isolatie van de appartementen viel tegen. We hadden slecht weer dus het was best wel kil. Verwarming moest hard werken. Ook de geluidsisolatie was niet optimaal. Inventaris (kopjes/bestek) was karig, Ligging biedt zeeezicht maar geen directe toegang tot strand.

Pestana Palm Gardens provided a spacious family apartment with a great kitchen.
Pros:

The facilities overall were fantastic – the resort has a lovely, peaceful vibe with beautiful gardens, outdoor pools (including a children's pool), and a great family-friendly setup.

Our apartment was nice and spacious, perfect for a family, with plenty of room to relax and move around comfortably.
The kitchen was a real highlight: big enough for family cooking, equipped with a good oven, dishwasher, and a nicely sized fridge that handled all our needs without issues.

The sauna was fantastic and felt premium – a great spot to unwind and relax after a day out.

The staff and overall service were outstanding in many ways – most were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome.

The buffet breakfast was okay, with decent variety to kick off the day.

Housekeeping during the week was outstanding – the lady who serviced the apartment did an excellent job keeping everything spotless and well-maintained.

Cons:

The gym was super basic and in need of maintenance. The treadmill and exercise bike didn’t work properly – they were slipping when any real force was applied, making workouts frustrating and ineffective.

Garbage collection arrived at 3 am on two of our 10 nights – the noise was disruptive and woke us up, which was disappointing in what is otherwise a quiet, relaxing resort.

Weekend housekeeping was very mediocre – the lady who serviced the apartment on weekends did a subpar job compared to the weekday service, leaving things less tidy than expected.

Pros:

The room was spacious comfortable and clean and the staff very friendly

Cons:

New towels are needed. Those currently in use are poor and let the property down. ( There is a daily towel delivery which is great)

De locatie was zeer sfeervol, de ligging van het mooie resort, het fijne onderkomen op de begane grond, uitstekend, vriendelijk en attent personeel, de tuin, het restaurant.

Cons:

De ruimte in de badkamer. De deur 'valt' naar binnen, waardoor je al bijna geen staplek hebt om je handen te wassen of tanden te poetsen. Simpel: verander de deur en laat hem naar buiten openen. Nu géén plaats voor een plankje om spullen op te zetten. Ook niet in de overigens fijne, douchecabine.

Pros:

Amplitud de estancias, cuando llegamos tenían todas las habitaciones calentitas ( fuimos en invierno). Y, es un hotel que está integrado en el paisaje. Hicimos un sendero por el mirador, y había otros mastodónticos que son monumentos "de cemento" enormes. Este es muy acogedor por fuera y dentro.

Appartement bien situé,sur les hauteurs et vite en bord de mer.
L’accueil,la disponibilité et gentillesse du personnel,l’accès au sauna et à la magnifique piscine même en hiver

Pros:

Мы отмечали семьёй Новый год в этом отели! Персонал очень внимательный. У нас был свой таунхаус, 3 этажа, с верандами. Тепло, чисто, вид на океан, есть всё необходимое для проживания! Мы не захотели уезжать и продлили ещё свой отдых в этом замечательном месте!

Pros:

Sea facing building, kitchen with washing machine, microwave, stove and some cutlery. Friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

The interiors are from the 60's - and that of a 2-star hotel. Uncomfortable beds, very small bathrooms., not enough hot water shower for 4 people, dangerous faucets (turns on scalding hot water or super cold water). I think given their location they get fully booked so they may not care - but the interiors don't match the picture perfect white exteriors of this place. Nothing against the staff. It is the property that is very old and not at all on par with modern facilities.
