La stanza vecchia e che affacciava sull’ingresso principale, la piscina datata come in fondo tutta la struttura. Sporco un po’ ovunque. Necessiterebbe di più cura e manutenzione.

Un soggiorno all’insegna del comfort, dell’ospitalità e della cura.
Pros:

La struttura si presenta pulita, curata e ordinata. Lo staff è stato sempre molto cordiale, disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze, in particolare Rosalba, che si è prodigata per accogliere ogni nostra richiesta, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole e rilassante.

Esperienza davvero positiva, torneremo sicuramente!

Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura diverse volte senza rilevare grandi criticità.
Purtroppo questa volta abbiamo riscontrato gravi problemi di pulizia e degrado, gestiti in malo modo dallo staff che non è mai stato in grado di una tempestiva risoluzione senza peraltro mai scusarsi degli stessi.

Die Aussicht der Zimmer ist unbeschreiblich schön!

Sehr saubere Zimmer Housekeeping sehr professionell und sehr freundlich!!!

Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Francis sehr professionell und gästeorientiert!!!

Angenehme Atmosphäre im Hotel bereits beim Eintreten wahrnehmbar.

Service Gastrologie freundlich und meistens gästeorientiert!

Die Gerichte /Menu im Restaurant wichen tlw sehr von der Präsentation der Karte ab. Bsp. Insalatone Calabrese: Auf dem Foto sehr ansprechender gemischter Salat mit Oliven, Käse, Schinken, Zwiebeln etc
Serviert wurden dann simple Tomaten mit viel Zwiebeln!

Frühstücksbuffett ok, Joghurts waren leider nicht jeden Tag vorhanden, sehr schade, je nach Gästeanzahl wirkte Servicepersonal rasch gestresst.

Schade auch, dass es keine Animation Abends im Hotel gab!
