Belle découverte
Pros:

Super accueil, supers services.

Cons:

Ce n'est pas négatif, pensez à refaire le joint du bas de la douche pour éviter que les clients n'usent et abîment les belles serviettes à en faire des éponges.
Mais tout était parfait.

Très belle propriété. Personnel accueillant et efficace.
Pros:

La propriété est très belle, tout est soigné. La literie est excellente et le petit déjeuner copieux.

Cons:

Cependant notre chambre est sombre et manque d'éclairage. Le seul vrai problème concerne le wifi qui ne passe pas dans la chambre.

Pros:

Si, tiene potencial, se ve q invirtieron hace un tiempo mucha plata. Ahora tiene desaprovechado espacios y falta mueble de pileta. Con un poquito más sería muchísimo más.

Ylitti odotukset mielestämme majoitus on luxusta. Fasiliteet kohdillaan. Erittäin siisti huone ja hyvät tilat oleskeluun. Kaksikerroksisuus huoneessa toimii hyvin. Hyvä vuode ja makuutilan rauhallinen tila sekä tasainen ilmastointi antaa todella hyvät unet.
Aamut alkaa aamupalalla, upeassa tilassa joka on sisustettu tilan historian hienoilla yksityiskohdilla.
Vieraista pitää huolen aina niin sydänmellin ja valloittava rouva, joka ottaa vieraat huomaansa, kuin myös antaa hyvät vihjeet alueen nähtävyyksistä ja läheisistä kylistä missä kannattaa käydä. Majoitus sijaitseekin keskeisellä paikalla, ajatellen ajomatkaa Alberobello , Matera, Ostuani, Lecce tai vaikka Campomarinan uimarannalle, myös grottaglie kuin Frankavilla Fontana ovat lähellä jos haluaa käydä illalla päivällisellä.
Majoituksen piha-alueen puutarha on hyvin hoidettu ja paljon hienoja yksityiskohtia lisätty majoituksen alueelle, joka tekee piha-alueesta mielenkiintoisen ja viihtyisän.
Kyllä, kokonaisuutena paikka Oliivilehtojen keskellä ja henkilökunta tekee lomasta luxusta joka antaa niin paljon lisäarvoa lomalle.

Nicely renovatesd old masseria, beautiful yard, delicious breakfast.
Pros:

The breakfast was very rich, buffet style, sweet ( croissants plain/ chocolate/ jam/ cream , cakes, fruit tarts) and also salty options ( cheese, local salami, boiled eggs, bacon, foccacia), besides fresh fruit, juice, coffee,tea. The pool was small, but nice and clean, the yard is well kept, staff is very polite. Good WiFi. Pool available all day, even at night.

Cons:

our room was located on the upper floor, so we had to climb some steep and narrow stairs, but it wasn’t such a big problem as we left after breakfast and returned in the evening. The main bed, located upstairs, was comfortable, but its metal frame was unstable, and made noises. The couch downstairs was small, but suitable for two children. TV was not working properly.

Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse außergewöhnlich umfangreich. Auch das Personal war sehr nett.

Cons:

Der Check-in war ein wenig holprig. Als wir um 16.00 Uhr ankamen, war das Eingangstor verschlossen. Auf unser Klingeln hat niemand reagiert. Allerdings konnte uns per WhatsApp geholfen werden. Es stellte sich heraus, dass die Rezeption geschlossen war und man unseren Schlüssel auf dem Gelände versteckt hatte, so dass wir doch noch in unser Zimmer gelangen konnten.
In unserem gemütlich eingerichteten Zimmer, das genauso aussah wie auf den Fotos, fehlte uns Stauraum im Schrank. Auch zwei Stühle, um den angepriesenen Balkon nutzen zu können, wären schön gewesen.
Den Pool haben wir so gut wie nicht genutzt; die Lage war etwas beengt - auch weil zwei bewohnte Zimmer direkt dort angrenzten.
Man sollte sich auch bewusst sein, dass die Lage sehr abgeschieden ist. In direkter Nähe gibt es nichts, was man unternehmen könnte - abgesehen von einem Restaurant, das erst abends um 20.00 Uhr öffnet, gibt es auch keine Einkehrmöglichkeit. Ein Auto ist daher unbedingt erforderlich. In einer Woche legt man viele Kilometer zurück. Wegen der teilweise sehr schlechten Straßen ist das Fahren dort sehr mühsam und dauert entsprechend lange - egal, ob zur adriatischen oder zur ionischen Küste oder zum Sightseeing.
