I was very impressed with the rooms , they were very spacious and the bedding and pillows were like being at home . The bowling alley , the arcade are fabulous for the younger crowd . Overall this hotel is well maintained.

We had great stay they upgraded my room to accommodate my request. It was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on! The room was spacious and quiet with a great shower !

This was our first stay since the connection was completed and it's beautiful!! It's so much more convenient now, especially getting to the family floor from the casino. Super family friendly resort, tons of fun for all ages! We can't wait to come back again!

The room was super clean and the bed very comfortable. I loved the fragrance of the bathroom soap and lotion products and was hoping to buy a bottle in the gift shop but it wasn't there. (Whish product line). Much better accommodations than other lodging available at a similar price point. Just don't eat at the cafe - everything was cold and missed the mark! We had a diverse order between adults and kids. The lettuce was soggy on the asian chicken salad. Most of the other orders came with fries and they were all delivered luke warm. It took 15 minutes to get our drinks. I could go on but you get it. A very disappointing dining experience to say the least! Maybe the other dining options in the Casino/Hotel are better but we only tried the Cafe.

The pool is great. The people are friendly and helpful. The new and/or remodeled hotel rooms left us baffled. We had a newly renovated room in the old section of the hotel. But there were some very odd and, to us, troublesome interior decoration errors. First, the modern toilet was too low for an older person with bad knees. Also, the automatic toilet kept flushing unexpectedly even when no one was in the bathroom. The shower had no shelf to put your toiletries on. The bed was unusually low. Next time I may ask for an ADA type room.

My review is for Expedia and the hotel. I booked the room for my mom and I to stay. Due to a family emergency I wasn't able to drive up from Sacramento. I called the hotel to let them know my mom would be checking in without me. They stated I needed to be there, in person, with her with my ID and cc. I asked if they could call me when she got there so I could confirm her stay or facetime so I could show my ID and cc over the phone but they said I wasn't allowed. I think this is ridiculous and what a waste of money and an empty room. Super disappointed.

I liked that it was clean walking distance to casino very friendly in restaurant
