The Pin Boutique Resort Krabi

Beautiful hotel a little inconvenient to get to the beach you will need to have the Bolt app downloaded but otherwise it was amazing!

Loved the property but was 20-30min walk to main beach. Overall great experience.

Nuestro Check-in era a las 2:00pm, llegamos a tiempo pero nos entregaron nuestro cuarto a las 3:30pm y cuando nos lo entregaron estaba sucio y lo mismo al siguiente día, no llegaron sino hasta las 5:00pm a limpiarlo, igualmente la piscina de la villa, sin limpiar.

When I arrived, if you'd asked me to review this property, it would have probably been negative. Expedia had this property down as a few minutes walk from Nopparat Thara beach so I was expecting to be close to the sea. It turned out to be at least 3km, maybe more from the sea. Not the hotel's fault. Anyway, the staff on reception were great, explained it was only 10 mins in a car or or tuk tuk.
Then they showed me my room. I was blown away. What a stunning room with its own dip pool behind the entrance doors. A four poster bed, double sinks in a big bright bathroom a modern shower and all doors that opened onto the dip pool which had an open air bath at one end. Then the detail. Good wifi, great TV, a room safe and tea/coffee making facilities, dressing gowns and slippers, a four-seater settee and a smart coffee table. The double bed was really comfortable, the pillows okay but not down-filled as to be expected and the room was so quiet! Perfect. A great night's sleep. Breakfast was a buffet-type but really well presented and omelettes etc were cooked to order. The staff in the restaurant were lovely, as were all the staff, reception, house-keeping and maintenance. Friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I ate in the restaurant because all the food was good and very reasonably priced. I had some washing done and expected the usual hotel rip-off rates, but no, it was priced reasonably. So, a fabulous place to stay and highly recommended.

Jeg havde valgt en “brudesuite med balkon”, da værelset så rigtig flot ud. Værelset var også flot! (bemærk at de runde senge kun er til lave mennesker). Men balkonen lå ud til nabohotellets indkørsel/gård. Og værelset lå lige ud til vejen, så der var konstant støj fra vejen. Morgenmadsudvalget var ringe, så jeg spiste kun morgenmad der den første dag. Der lå heldigvis en 7-11 ca. 700m. derfra. Restauranten lukkede allerede kl. 20 om aftenen, så den benyttede jeg mig ikke af. Poolen var ren, men der er et læhegn oppe, for at naboerne ikke kan se ind - og det gør, at solen knap nok rammer vandet, så vandet var koldt. Hotellet ligger et godt stykke fra byen, ca. 30 min. til fods, det ville have været okay, hvis det lå i stille omgivelser. Så ja.. pænt værelse, men jeg kan ikke anbefale stedet. De kunne btw heller ikke et ord engelsk.

ITS NICE BUT NOT GREAT AND IF YOU DONT HAVE A CAR/SCOOTER YOU CANT WALK ANYWHERE, ITS NOT ON THE WATER AS ITS ADVERTISED. THE HONEYMOON SUITE BED WAS VERY SMALL AND UNCOMFORTABLE. BUT THE STAFF IS VERY NICE AND ITS VERY CLEAN.

Ils nous ont proposé le petit déjeuner à 6h30.
C'est le directeur qui était la,et nous la propose à 6h30.

Our experience at the villa was exceptional, especially with the thoughtful decor arranged by Dahlia for our special day. I have stayed in many hotels and villas, but this is the only one that truly impressed me. While it is not located in a busy area, it provided a wonderfully relaxing stay—even just spending time within the villa itself was enjoyable. The only downside was the water pressure, which could have been better. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Good hospitality and warmth friendly stuff.

The private pool and quiet atmosphere make this an incredible stay. Getting a grab to the night market was easy. Just wish their lobby was open a bit later.

The Breakfast menu should have wider spread with multiple options and change on a daily basis. Quality of western food items can be improved. Variety of buffer spread can be improved.

The location of the hotel was good as it is not at the noisy shopping strip but not too far away from Ao Nang beach. The one-way free shuttle to Ao Nang beach was good.

The general upkeep of the villas were good. The bottled water and tea/coffee in the room were replenished on a daily basis. The packed sandwiches and juice provided to us on our last day was very thoughtful.
