De Air conditioner maakte heel veel lawaai in onze kamer, zelfs wanneer hij uit stond!

Teníamos que llamar para que nos pusieran la cantidad de toallas directa, no tienen planta eléctrica por lo que al irse la luz se complica a la estancia, los desayunos son muy tarde y al ser una zona turística los horarios no son compatibles con los tours.

Pas à la hauteur du prix payé.
Chambre sans fenêtre que l’on peut ouvrir, très sombre et extrêmement humide : sans doute aussi à cause de la fuite d’eau au plafond.
Emplacement assez bruyant la nuit.
Manque d’équipement : pas de sèche cheveux, seulement 2 serviettes.

This hotel should be 2 stars at best.
Very noisy property - both from the street and the hotel itself - loud music, loud staff outside my door, loud ac in the room- the generator is in the room
Terrible breakfast - no buffet - just to order

Phones in rooms disconnected so you can’t call reception
No services on property
Our rooms were downgraded , they did not inform us prior and they keep saying they compensated us but they did not, they refunded an unfair amount.
One of the worst hotels I have stayed in

Don’t stay here. We paid for suites and got downgraded with an unfair compensation.
Air condition very loud in the room
Staff are rude and not trained and will stand outside your door at 7:30am and be loud. The street is very loud with a bar every single day until 1am. There is much better options in playa del Carmen!

Don’t stay here if you want luxury. It’s in a noisy area, the ac is noisy, the staff will stand outside your room and be noisy. And we got downgraded into regular rooms when we booked suits months in advance. It says all inclusive but it’s not

Nous avions pris la formule petit déjeuné sur les photos il ce présentait en tant que buffet finalement cetais à la carte qui en sois étais assez varié mais la nourriture etais pas très bonne ni savoureuse malheureusement.
Ainsi que les snack que nous avions pris a la piscine les cocktails étais bon mais encore une fois pas la nourriture nous avions pris un hamburger et des nachos qui n’étais pas très bon et les frites étais grasse

Muita falta de manutenção, muito detalhes visuais inaceitaveis para o preço que se paga. As portas não fecham bem, peças partidas, ar-condicionado barulhento. A limpeza das toalhas não é a melhor. Não é um bom sitio para descansar! Os bares em volta, com música muito alta até tarde. O hotel organiza eventos dentro do hotel até tarde, sem aviso prévio aos hospedes. Em dois dos eventos a música estava mesmo muito alta, parecia que as colunas estavam a nossa porta e quando pedimos para baixar, disseram que não podiam fazer nada.

La musique jusqu’à 4:30 du matin

I would personally like more details about day trips and excursions on line. The resort website directs you to the excursion desk, which is fine. I would find an overview of options and schedule on line helpful.

We were given a free upgrade (booked double, were given a junior suite) on arrival, but when we entered the room we felt like this was a major downgrade (we had stayed in the hotel the week before, in a double room). There were major stains on the sofa, and only 2 bath towels (no hand towels or towel for floor). Both taps (there were 2 sinks) didn't work properly and caused huge puddles on sink and floor. Lighting in the room was terrible (basically only 2 bedside lamps), and the view was to construction work next door. However, the worst part was the noise. Both times we stayed was a Sunday evening, and there is live music (a band and 'singer') at a venue close by (don't know exactly where). It sounded like they were playing right in the room, up until around 2am (both nights). With absolutely zero soundproofing, it was extremely loud (and the singer sounded like she was screaming) all night. The previous room (from the week before) was better, although quite dated looking, and we had found a cockroach in the shower. Despite the lobby looking very nice, the breakfast area leaves much to be desired. It's outdoors (it was raining the entire time of our stay), and very poor quality (looked like cheap plastic garden furniture). There were no vegan options - the first time we stayed we asked for chia pudding without honey, we were given a bowl of almond milk with some chia seeds in it (not enough to set!); the 2nd stay we went into town for breakfast.

Wrong information around dinner resulted in us paying 2800mxn for dinner that we didn't need to
Food poor, menu limited and limited availability of restaurants.
Stayed here previously when it was the Live Aqua, hotel has massively lost its way under hilton. Food and beverages are of the standard I would expect at a 3 star hotel.
No plans for when there is rain.
Stayed in the reef 28 the week prior for less money and it was head and shoulders above the Yucatan Resort.

The service at the two restaurants was often slow. It would be best to have clear instructions for toilet paper usage.
