Clean, nice pool, cute beach, awesome stuff at the front desk always found solutions for our plans. Came for one night, managed to stay there for 3 weeks :)

Nice place in between mae haad pier & sairee beach. Room was excellent with sea view and next to the pool.

My family and I had an incredible experience at Koh Tao Heritage. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were always happy to help with anything we needed — from local recommendations to arranging transport — and their kindness really made a difference.
The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and spotless, with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We were genuinely impressed by the quality and attention to detail.
For what we paid, the value was outstanding. It’s rare to find a place that offers such a perfect combination of service, comfort, and affordability. We would absolutely recommend Koh Tao Heritage to anyone visiting the island, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Very nice pool, close to party and food spots but not close enough to hear when sleeping, witch was very nice.

10-15min walk from pier
The rooms are large and clean. However the cleaners forgot to put toilet roll in our room the 2nd day we were there, I spoke to reception and asked for some. Every other day since the cleaner hasn’t given us any or takes what we have out of our room (feels like there taking the mick). We also have had no hot water for 5 nights. I don’t think it’s worth the money.
Séjour tres sympathique à Koh Tao, chambre très bien, petit déjeuner également (début du service un peu tardif, surtout avec des cours de plongée).
La chambre etait très bien, par contre les photos du site sont trompeuses, la chalbre était tres éloignée de la piscine.
This “hotel” is so old and so unsafe, part of the place is broken stairs are unsafe there are areas that where you can fall because of a missing steps , there is no customer service no phone in the room that you can call for help of any kind, many power failures electricity stops in the middle of a shower than you have no hot water IN SHORT don’t use this hotel

숙소의 뷰가 좋았고, 바로 앞 수영장이 있어서 만족스러웠다. 청소가 매일 이루어졌다. 다만, 화장실이 습해 곰팡이 청소가 미흡한건 아쉽다.
Disastrous stay at Koh Tao Heritage. We booked a pool view room, expecting a quality experience given the price we paid. However, the reality was marked by a shocking lack of hygiene and professionalism. On the first night, we found mouse droppings in the bathroom, accompanied by a foul smell. Despite reporting this to the reception, they only performed a superficial cleaning. The second night, the issue persisted with new droppings and an actual mouse spotted in the bathroom.
The worst part was the threatening and disdainful behavior of the manager, who openly mocked us and refused to take us seriously. She falsely accused us of lying and displayed an attitude completely unprofessional. She was totally rude and aggressive making the situation even more unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the breakfast was disgusting, far below the standards expected from a hotel charging such prices.
This hotel is an absolute disgrace: disgraceful hygiene, disgraceful service, and disgraceful customer care. Avoid this place if you’re looking for a peaceful and respectful stay.
Tres bon hotel, accueil, chambre, services, emplacement, rapport qualite prix, piscine tout etait parfait.
Am Anfang war noch alles okay , später waren immer verkühlt , Durchfall , Erbrechen . Wir hatten ein Dreibett Z. gebucht , da kannst du viel aufs Bett legen .( Z. Nr. 107 ) .Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig , vom Nachbarn mit Kind und vom 1.Stock hörst du auch alles . Das Zimmer war so ganz schön , freundliches Personal , aber halt ohne Balkon . 3 Wasser jeden Morgen und Kaffee , Gratisservice zum Pier .Seit 1.Sept. 23 giebt es nur noch Dosenbier , das meiste Problem ist aber der Plastik Müll..
really good value for money! a bit difficult to find “affordable” food nearby, but if either go down to the pier or to the middle/end of sairee beach it’ll be much better❤️ staff was really kind and helpful!

I loved it and spent an extra day . Restaurant and bar was excellent. Sunsets were perfect
The check in was quick plenty of eating and drinking options close by

We had an amazing time, the island exceeded all expectations! Everyone was so kind and friendly, we felt safe at all times & the hotel and island are were gorgeous
