Buon hotel ma personale inadeguado
Pros:

L'hotel era una posizione eccellente ed anche i servizi erano buoni

Cons:

Il personale in assoluto una vergogna.
Appena arrivato in malo modo mi dicono che non parlano inglese(sinceramente inaccettabile in qualsiasi hotel), parlo in tedesco e a mio avviso anche quello lo capiscono così così.... nessun sorriso nessuna spiegazione nulla di nulla quasi seccati che fossimo arrivati lì( sarebbe il caso di ricordargli che se noi i turisti andiamo lì li paghiamo lo stipendio Se non ci andiamo restano disoccupati).. alla sera in bar nessun cameriere che fa il servizio al tavolo o siamo dovuti andare a prendere noi stessi le ordinazioni al banco pagandole prima per poi riceverle.... anche qui la comunicazione molto carente, nessun sorriso nessun gesto amichevole.
Chiudo con una domanda: tra poco più di tre settimane dovrò ritornare in questa città ....secondo voi prenoterò ancora questo albergo? Ai posteri l'ardua sentenza ma io la risposta ce l'ho già ben chiara e netta

Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt mit etwas schlaflosen Nächten
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage direkt an der Swinemünder Promenade. Großes gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit Balkon. Schön eingerichtete Lobby mit kleiner Bar. Sehr freundliches Personal. Kleines Schwimmbad

Cons:

Das Bett war etwas unbequem. Da die Klimaanlage defekt war und ein schlafen bei offenem Fenster (lauter Lüfter direkt unter Fenster) nicht möglich war, wurde es jede Nacht wärmer im Zimmer.

Bliskość do morza i to tyle.

Cons:

- Nie działająca klimatyzacja- w pokoju był ukrop i nie dało się spać a odpowiedź recepcjonistki,że jedyne co może doradzić to otworzyć okno- gdzie temp.w nocy 4st i wichura- brawo🤦‍♀️
- średnie śniadanie- to samo przez dwa dni, mały wybór
- poduszki to jakby wydarte psu z pyska, nie można nawet tego poduszką nazwać... wstyd coś takiego dawać
- smród z kanalizy i odłosy jakby miało wysadzić wc i prysznic...

wir kommen sehr gerne wieder .
Pros:

Die Dame an der Rezeption hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und alles erklärt .Das Zimmer war gross genug , sehr sauber und hatte auch einen Balkon . Leider konnten wir nicht auf das Wasser sehen . Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut , alles da um satt zu werden .

Cons:

Eine zusätzliche Ablage im Bad wäre gut .

Die Zimmer sind eigentlich auch ganz gut ... besonders gut finde ich das man kostenlos Wasser nachnehmen kann

Der Essen Saal war eine absolute Katastrophe. Ich hab mich wie bei der Bundeswehr gefühlt extrem eng wie in einen engen Keller. Die Räumlichkeiten sehr in Jahr kommen. Des Weiteren der Innen Pool, der eigentlich ganz schön ist. An der Wand klettert die Farbe ab und es fängt an zu schimmeln, sowas würde sich leicht beheben lassen. Als letztes muss ich die absolute schlechte Parksituation benennen die Parkplätze extrem eng, extrem wenig und extrem un aufgeräumt dafür aber einen ordentlichen Preis verlangen was aber anscheinend da oben Normalität ist
