The place itself is okay. Neat, beautiful and all.

Cons:

I made a booking a month prior to the arrival date and paid immediately and got confirmation.

On arrival date we were sent back and told the place was fully booked and they did not have space for us. I found this unprofessional and it was an incovinience to us. Why weren't we informed prior to the arrival the date. It simply means some guest are prioritised over others. I am very dissapointed and will never book again ever or recommend anyone.

Skeptical 🫤
Pros:

The tranquility of the location and visibility of the staff throughout the day.
The rooms were next to each other, so it was easier for us to engage all the time as a family.
We had access to the whole facility.
Our host ( Kelebogile) was very helpful and patient throughout the time. She's a Star 🌟.

Cons:

The owner and management of the resort need to actually up skill their staff with regards to time management, welcoming guests, and guiding them to their rooms instead of having to be sent from pillar to post.
All was well until my child got scratched and injured by one of the slides 🛝 at the pool, and there was no warning of some sort for swimmers to be cautious and not even a life guard on sight.
Then it got worse because apparently 🙃 the first aider was not even at the resort to assist with the injury. We were only offered extra towels to stop the bleeding from dripping all over. I actually find this irresponsible because none of the staff knew what to do. There was no emergency number provided or even got paramedics to the center. Instead we just had to solve the issue on our own.
The wifi was not even connecting or visible throughout our stay.
We were told that the first aider is on the way with the manager but they never showed up.
I'm quite disappointed.

IT WAS WELL ONLY TO SLEEP AND GO THE NEXT DAY
Pros:

THE ROOMS WERE GOOD AND NICE LOOKING, HOT WATER FOR SHOWER WAS GOOD.

Cons:

COLD, THE ROOM WAS VERY COLD, AIRCON NOT WORKING NO ONE COULD HELP US.
ONLY ONE SMALL FLEECE BLANKET ON EACH BED.

I Like the place
Pros:

Easy to locate it easy to find

Cons:

Checking need to be improve, staff still slow on verifying your booking. They already know who is coming and they must be prepared to welcome you.
