Pros:

The bed basically was all that was acceptable

Cons:

People keep on knocking at my door, parties are thrown, fighting outside my room, people vomiting outside my room. Cant even have a peaceful night. I will not recommend them to anyone! Very disappointed! And the best part about everything, my daughter of 10 had to witness all the above.

Partying going on till past 3am

For the amount paid thats definitely not worth it

Staff , the view and hospitality.
They were kind n helpful

Cons:

Kitchen. Appliance not working. The stove has only 1very slow plate working. Took me 3 hours to prepare pap for braai

Cons:

Waiting at the gate for an hour to.get access. They should give us the remote control to go out whenever we want. Waiting at the gate waiting for them to open it is too risky especially for the visitors. Secondly they don't provide us with new shower gel or soap. They give us used soap and lotion. Why should I use the used soap and I paid full price? This is unacceptable.

The teachers let the staff chase me because I booked for myself just to go see my friends who went with the school for a trip even worse they chased late maybe it was 10:00 pm

The place itself is okay. Neat, beautiful and all.

Cons:

I made a booking a month prior to the arrival date and paid immediately and got confirmation.

On arrival date we were sent back and told the place was fully booked and they did not have space for us. I found this unprofessional and it was an incovinience to us. Why weren't we informed prior to the arrival the date. It simply means some guest are prioritised over others. I am very dissapointed and will never book again ever or recommend anyone.

it was a quiet good place and experience but the staff need to check on the people who checked in
