L' emplacement, la propreté et la piscine
La gentillesse de laisser notre voiture le temps d'aller dormir a merzouga dans le désert 1 nuit
La petite jeune a lunette a l' accueil qui parle français super gentille et avenante bravo.

Cons:

Le gardien trop insistant malgré qu on lui ai donné un pourboire a notre arrivée. Ils nous forcez a nettoyer notre voiture alors qu on lui a dit non a plusieurs reprises et il redemandait des sous et moi qui parle arabe je lui ai dit non. Il ose me demander pourquoi... Insupportable
Manque un peu de chose pour le petit déjeuner y a pas grand choix.
Dommage qu on est rien pour cuisiner alors qu il s'agit de petite maison. ( Pas de casseroles,pas de saladier ect...)

Une étape familiale courte mais agréable, propre et confortable, avec quelques petits points à améliorer.
Pros:

Malgré un passage très court, simplement pour une nuit d’étape en famille avec trois enfants, nous avons apprécié la propreté et le confort des lieux ainsi que l’accueil agréable du personnel. Le bungalow était spacieux, propre et plutôt bien équipé, avec notamment la climatisation dans toutes les chambres ainsi que dans le salon. La literie était propre et confortable, tout comme la salle de bain. La petite cuisine est également appréciable et fonctionnelle. Dans l’ensemble, une très bonne solution pour une étape en famille.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner était assez basique, avec un buffet proposant peu de choix, même s’il reste suffisant pour une étape rapide. La cuisine du bungalow manquait également un peu d’accessoires et certains couverts n’étaient malheureusement pas très bien nettoyés. Enfin, le gardien de nuit était serviable et certainement plein de bonnes intentions, mais un peu trop insistant, notamment pour porter absolument toutes nos valises malgré nos refus, ce qui peut devenir légèrement pesant après un long trajet.

De locatie van het hotel is goed, maar helaas hielden de positieve punten daar voor mij op. De kamer was niet goed schoongemaakt; de kastjes waren vies en er hing een geur alsof er in de kamer was gerookt. Daarnaast was het personeel weinig vriendelijk en verliep de communicatie niet prettig. Al met al voldeed mijn verblijf niet aan mijn verwachtingen en voelde ik mij niet echt welkom

Cons:

Mijn ervaring bij CHIZ INN RESORT in Errachidia was helaas zeer teleurstellend. Het personeel was onvriendelijk en weinig behulpzaam. Hoewel ik mij legitimeerde met mijn Nederlandse identiteitskaart, werd erop aangedrongen dat ik een Marokkaanse identiteitskaart moest tonen.
Daarnaast werden er persoonlijke vragen gesteld over waar ik vandaan kwam en waar ik naartoe ging. Toen ik aangaf dat ik die vragen niet gepast vond, ontstond er een vervelende discussie. De medewerkster bleef vervolgens Frans tegen mij spreken, wat de communicatie alleen maar moeilijker maakte.

Ik voelde mij niet welkom en zal hier niet meer terugkomen.

Amazing facility with great customer service, very attentive to any queries.
Pros:

The entire site of the hotel is amazing, perfect for big families. Can enjoy the pool till late, with large seating areas on site perfect to relax and conversate. Note: If you're not a local, you will struggle without a vehicle or guide, as some amenities are far, with a few a 5-15 minutes walk away. Whereas, booking cab via the hotel can be touch and go, since they run limited - recommend hailing a cab on the main if your lucky.

Cons:

The lack of alternatives at breakfast, was the same everyday and can get repetitive if you're staying there for long. Also, the availability of certain menu items in the restaurant, spent nearly a week there with specific items on the menu not available to order.
