The balcony restaurant wasn’t open at all. The swimming pool water was rather cloudy.

Way overpriced for the facilities and product
The location of this hotel is stunning, with views to the mountains, you can even spot monkeys jumping around. The whole building structure makes you feel you’re part of the impressive landscape. Everybody serving at the restaurant was lovely and they have such a huge selection of food, the room has a good side, as well as the bathroom.

Beautiful view and outdoor deck areas. Great breakfast. The pool would have been nice but we didn’t use it. Above the pool floor it looked like there might be an outdoor bar in peak season (it wasn’t in use while we were there) and that would have been a big bonus for me too as it looked really nice.
We had a rock facing room but without a balcony so it had a fixed window. I found the room a bit small and claustrophobic. The restaurant has a nice view but lacks a bit of soul. Would be good if they had some music playing or something.

Extremely Disappointing and Unacceptable Experience
We booked a room at this hotel, only to receive a message just two hours before our arrival claiming there was a payment issue.
I immediately provided a new credit card to resolve the problem. However, shortly afterward, I received another message informing me that the room was no longer available.
As a result, I found myself stranded with two children, without accommodation, just hours before we were supposed to check in.
This was an extremely stressful, frustrating, and unacceptable experience. A confirmed reservation should mean something, especially when traveling with children.
The hotel's handling of this situation was completely unprofessional and showed a shocking lack of responsibility toward its guests.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking this property.

Buena ubicación para un par de días en ella si haces muchos planes durante el día, a 5 min caminando del centro pero sin el ruido de la calle principal. Habitaciones amplias con balcón y magníficas vistas desde todo el hotel. Desayuno ok.
A mejorar la limpieza del baño y suelo de la habitación, tuvo unas manchas pegostosas desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. Personal de recepción amable, pero poco cercano y de poca ayuda para gestionar planes (alquiler de moto, indicaciones para paseos etc)

The location was great, with fantastic views of the rock. Breakfast choices were both Western and Sri Lankan food. Staff made an excellent cafe latte on request. The hotel was located a short walk (or tuk-tuk ride) to the centre of town.
