Complexe bien situé, très bien entretenu et avec tout le nécessaire (magasins, atm, restaurants, beaucoup de piscines...), proche de la plage.
Personnel très sympathique et certain parlant meme français, pratique pour les animations et la piscine avec les enfants.
Appartement avec tout le confort nécessaire, vue sur la mer magnifique.
Petit déjeuner très bon et varié.
Très bien entretenu. Emplacement en bord de mer avec accès à la plage par un escalier accessible avec enfants. Merci au personnel pour le travail de qualité( jardins, piscines, buffet, cafétéria, appartement) et leur bonne humeur.

The external pools are amazing but they open only after 10:00am even though the pool sign says 09:00am. The breakfast was great, just get there earlier otherwise not enough tables. Playgrounds are ok. The beach is very close and nice. There was enough free parking inside the complex. Just for future reference, the check-in for all hotels in the complex seems to happen at the "Alfagar Prestige" building, if put that on your google maps and you find it easier.
The apto looked clean but it was very dusty, I had a very strong allergic reaction to the rooms inside, I could feel the dust in my throat, nose blocked all night, terrible experience. If you have allergies to dust and pollen be prepared. The internal warm pools are quite dirty full of hairs. Use caps while using the warm pools, we found that out at the last day, when a man came inside screaming at everybody to use them, that was very rude and inconsiderate staff. The cleaning ladies screaming and talking very loud between themselves, these people looks like did not have any training or are just simply rude, at some point one of the ladies left one apto closing her pants while walking. The external pools were freezing so we could not enjoy much.
Die Anlage wirkte sehr gepflegt, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der angrenzende Strand ist über Stufen schnell erreicht und sehr schön, auch kann zu kleinen Buchten spaziert werden.Schöner Spielplatz und toll ausgestattetes Apartement.
Der überdachte, beheizte Außenpool war zur aktuellen Zeit super. Parkplatz ist vorhanden.
Mit dem Minimarkt findet man alles was man braucht, ach wenns teuer ist.
Leider kostet das meiste extra. Miniclub 10€ pro Kind, Handtücher für Pool oder Strand je 5€ ....
Für den ATM in der Anlafe fallen auch Gebühren an.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war es für uns nicht wert. Wir hätten uns mehr gesunde, frische Speisen gewünscht. Auch ein Frischkäse statt nur Butter aufs Brot wäre toll gewesen. Der Saft und Kaffee ist nicht wirklich etwas.

Restaurant charges 4,50 Euro for a lemonade (small still water with a slice of lemon inside) - a small beer costs 2,50 Euro (just to compare). Please make non alcoholic drinks cheaper!
Deve ser a minha 9ª vez neste hotel e merecem sempre nota 10.
Son unas instalaciones enormes con un montón de espacios para entretener a los niños
Las dimensiones de nuestro apartamento eran muy inferiores al de las imágenes del apartamento que aparecía reflejado en el apartado de nuestra reserva de Booking, lo que me impidió poder trabajar con el ordenador por las noches como tenía planeado previamente, porque la única mesa que teníamos en el apartamento estaba literalmente a los pies del sofá-cama en el que tenían que dormir mis hijos.
Entiendo que pueda no ser el mismo que el de las imágenes de la reserva, ya que tienen muchísimos apartamentos, pero sí uno que tuviera las mismas dimensiones, ya que este cambio trastocó por completo mi planificación del trabajo que tenía que sacar adelante durante nuestra semana de estancia allí.
Además las instalaciones de los parques infantiles con los que cuentan están bastante descuidadas, algo incomprensible teniendo en cuenta que prácticamente todas las familias van con niños.
My son was obsessed with the football pitch - the organised matches were great. He was so happy. My daughter loved the water slides and the option of the warm pool. The cocktail voucher was a lovely touch for her birthday. Breakfast was incredible!!!
Quite small bed but only because we are used to a larger bed.
