Please note that the water slides for children have a seasonal operation. The availability of this facility is also subject to weather conditions.

All apartments are cleaned 3 times a week. Towels are changed twice a week and bed linen is changed once a week.

Please be aware that the hotel's restaurants and bars may not always be available. Availability and working hours depend on seasonal traffic and weather conditions.When booking half board, note that drinks are not included.

Espaco muito bom,apartmento optimo,localização muito boa,usufruto das instalações dos outros hoteis do grupo muito bom, funcionarios simpaticos,estacionamento exelente.

Falta de informaçâo a respeito do horario de limpeza e troca de lençois e toalhas,devia estar exposto um horario para limpezas dos apartamentos para os clientes estarem preparados e os serviços serem feitos.

Cons:

Die morgendliche,laute Versammlung des Putzteams vor unserem Appartement.

Enjoyed the experience and the social connections.
Pros:

Good staff and service. Great location for beaches and hiking.

Cons:

Too little open in Feb. Terrible tv reception on BBC. You should not be charging to use the tennis courts. It should be a free amenity. The procedure to pay, get the key, return the key is not reasonable.
Laundry is too expensive and often has issues with the procedure to operate. Drier does not dry well for the price paid. Clothes then need to be spread out in our suite to dry.

En general todo está muy bien como el resto de los alfalgar. Tanto el aparthotel, el alto da colina y el village, son de mi agrado por sus instalaciones y su ubicación

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó es que teníamos.que subir a una segunda planta por escalera con los niños y las respectivas maletas .

Pros:

The location of the hotel is good - 15 minute walk to the strip, 25 minute walk to the Old Town. The hotel has an indoor pool and an outdoor covered pool which is good during the cooler months.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet is okay and good value for money but the dinner buffet isn't great and is quite pricey for what you get - drinks, including water, cost extra. The cleanliness of the rooms isn't great either - we were there a week and had to ask on the fifth day for the room to be cleaned and for extra towels. The walls are paper thin so you can hear the neighbours on either side and above/below. We were disappointed and didn't think it was worth the price we paid.

Eine wunderbare Woche im Januar
Pros:

Eine sehr große parkähnliche Anlage mit verschiedenen Bereichen/ Hotels/ Appartement-Hotel etc. Wir waren im Alfagar Village. Das Appartement war sehr schön, sehr gut ausgestattet, geräumig, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Küche, großes Bad mit Badewanne und Bidet. Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Zum Strand geht es auf Holzbohlentreppen hinunter, exakt wie auf den Bildern. Man kann (im Januar) sowohl den Sonnenaufgang, als auch den Sonnenuntergang von der Anlage aus genießen.

Cons:

Wir waren im Januar dort. Zu dieser Zeit werden in der ganzen Anlage Renovierungs- und Sanierungsarbeiten an Häusern und Pools vorgenommen. Das hat uns nicht gestört, aber man sollte es wissen.

Si quieres estancia tranquila sin estrés este es tu apartamento.
Pros:

El apartamento tenía de todo tanto electrodoméstico como estropajo, detergente, paño...menaje.
Buena calefacción.
En el complejo hay de todo bar, tienda de comestibles, cajero, pistas de tenis y futbol.

Cons:

Complicado aparcar en el mismo complejo por la estrechez de la calle con forma concha de caracol.
Escalera muy empinada para acceder a la playa.
Para ir a la zona de ocio hay que coger el coche.

Lokalizacja, roślinność na obiekcie daje poczucie relaksu. Dobre zejście na plażę. Okolica rekompensuje niedociągnięcia.

Apartament ma trochę niedociągnięć, m. in.
słabo działająca wentylacja powoduje zapach stęchlizny w apartamencie co przy ogrzewaniu klimatyzacją potęguje ten zapach. Powtarzalne śniadania, co przy dłuższym pobycie staje się nudne. Brak pościeli na standardowym wyposażeniu, spanie pod kocami.
